I made a depo today. So far everything has been first class. When I asked for my 25 FP, I asked in an email not to be called. All of my dealings with BI have been email...not one call. Ryan at BI has been very helpful and informative. Just my opinion, but I am very impressed so far.

Everything has been great just a small pet peeve with the $10 minimum on parlays, since I like to do some small longshot parlays which I wont do for $10. If they lower the parlay minimum to $5 that would be ideal.

i concur. this is what i love about 5dimes. i can throw down a $50 deposit and play .50 cent parlays, hopletron 20-teamers to win like 5 grand lol. makes it all the more fun and is also helpful if you're down to your last few bucks, you can play a few different tickets

I can't believe all the horse questions regarding BI. The truth: Cris and 5-Dimes are far superior options for the ponies--go there instead, please. You play at BI for the sportsbook only IMO. I'd rather Jon spend his time making his sportsbook the best it can be, rather than wasting his time on a racebook that will always be second rate.

Not a slam on BI-- I'm just saying they should go with their strengths. Stick with improving the sportsbook, because I'll keep playing the horses elsewhere.

Horses = 20%+ hold

Can't blame any store for wanting to deal ponies, can you?

Like I mentioned before when I took over Betislands my main concern was easy processing , fast payouts and a wide variety of sports offerings and a solid sportsbook.

We added more tracks this week and will continue to improve it with time.

Of course not. But as a horse player, wouldn't you want a kickback from this huge hold. BI doesn't offer it, others do (Cris, 5D, etc...) Worse, BI has ridic low payout limits which increase their hold even more. Basically, BI is a poor choice for horse wagering even if they add a few tracks and bump up their horrible payout limits. It'd be like putting lipstick on a pig...it's still a pig. That said, BI should focus 100% of its efforts on their sportsbook which is by far their best selling point.

I called today at 10:17am and requested a payout (<$500). They informed me that I was entitled to one free payout every 30 days via WallyWorld MoneyStore..... you know what I mean.

legend, even if they added pick 3's as well, would you play? They could add pick 4's and pick 6's and everything, but that doesn't help if they have the lower payout limits.

Again, it has been addressed countless times. Horses isn't the main focus. Can't fault them if that is the approach they want to take now.

We know they currently are not a good choice for horses...thats why suggestions are being made.

It doesnt sound that bad of a deal, But I must admit I like cash bonuses better than free play. Bigger RO, but straight to the point.
