There are tricks to avoiding mistakes. I am by no means a pro video poker player, but I could play error free for 3-4 hours at a time at that pace. A better (and younger) player could do this.

Most professional video poker players play 13-16 hands per minute............which equates to somewhere between 750-1050 hands per hour.

In fact, there are pros that can play two machines at the same time at this pace.

So do we have a reolsution yet? Id like to hear from SBR or crooked EZ as to the outcome. I wonder if that fact that a completely nuetral 3rd party (SBR) along with all these other nuetral posters claiming that this crooked book should pay means anything to them. Obviously the player thinks he should be paid and Powers (their GM) thinks they should stiff.....but can all these nuetral parties be wrong (including SBR)??? Also, Ive sent an email to DGS and will post what the reply is.

Everyone who ever lost on the EZ casino needs to ask for there money back. Game is even more rigged then the usual. Even if u can win with the terrible odds, you still wont get paid. and why is this book on here arguing with poker player about a few grand? is it just a sore spot ? if i were managing a book i could give 2 shits about some guy 3 yrs ago.

Powers pulled the same crap with jazz and took a once great book and sent them down the toilet. I do believe in giving people a 2nd chance but if EZ decides to stiff this guy (even tho SBR and everyone on this planet is saying to pay him), then people need to take note of that, pull their money out, play elsewhere, and SBR needs to downgrade them to a D- or F and post warnings the same way they do for Sportsbook and Beted.

That sounds to me like you might be getting paid. EZ is a rinky dink book and maybe they are trying to raise enough in deposits in order to pay you out. Either way...Best of luck!!!

Are they looking for exploitable glitches or something? Otherwise, a robot should be welcomed - more hands/hour means more money to them on average.

If i remember correctly, wasnt there a big horse racing dispute over like 50k with betjamaica and Scotty a few years ago and again if my memory serves me right, didnt Scotty (a class act) pay the player every cent, even though he didnt feel as if the player was in the right.

Thats the difference between an A+ book and the shit books out there. If its really been 3 weeks already, thats a joke but i guess we'll soon see where EZ belongs in the ratings

Eactly... As long as A+ books don't have any proof you cheated, they will 100% pay you.

EZStreet has NO proof that this guy cheated, and yet this still won't pay.

HUGE difference and these books are dumb for not wanting to clean up there reputation.

Seizing all winnings under these facts would make as much sense as having a rule "no parlays on Saturdays", and then voiding winning parlays if they are made on Saturday. Even with a rule on point, you can't always mug the player.

Now, if the book can show a bot hacked into their server (or some other extreme fact set), it would be a different story.

No one has suggested that the player cheated, and the sportsbook has not proven clearly (IMO) that there was a bot.

Hey pokerplay there hasen't been one payout complaint against them so why would they be downgraded? In regards to the casino issue they haven't made a ruling on that yet, so how about you just get off EZStreets nuts and move on with your life.....

Steve...do me a favor... Gently remove your head from Powers' ass, and take a good look at the big picture. They have been stalling for 3 weeks. Even after Justin and SBR ruled that the player should be paid...still nothing. If they do pay the player entirely, I will be the first person to give them their props and a pat on the back for a job well done for running their business with honesty and integrity. But until they pay the player who requested the payout 3 weeks ago, they are a no pay stiff book

I know SBR initially ruled in favor of the player in the Sportbet bot case. This was a few years back but very similiar. And as I recall SBR later reversed their opinion when Sportbet proved the player was a known scammer.

Justin are you familiar with that case? I'm pretty sure Bill mediated it.

There are a couple of thoughts here in this case;
1) Easystreet should escrow the money to prove they can pay. I'm sure they have an account at BetCRIS or they could let SBR's office in Costa Rica hold it.

2) If a bot was used there should at least be a penalty. The penalty should at least be equal to the amount it helped the player win. If the bot helped the player play 20 hands a minute instead of 15 then the penalty should be at least 25%.
a) I realize the bot did not change the odds and the house still had the edge BUT; the house expressly stated in its rules 'No bots".

3) The penalty should be increased up to 100%(see the sportbet case) of the winnings if the player is a known and confirmed sportsbook/casino fraudster.

4) Both parties should allow Justin to mediate or if either side has a problem with Justin, have Bill mediate it in a binding mediation situation with the funds in escrow.

I hate scammers just as much as the next guy, but there was no fraud in this case so it is not up to EZ or SBR to be judge and executioner for any past crimes.

Other than that I agree... the player could agree to a reduction of like 20% if it is indeed proven that he used a bot. Not because I think using a bot should be illegal, but because the site in question actually has a rule that prohibits the use of bots. Of course the evidence needs to be clear, and at this point, they are not (justin posted this earlier).

To be honest, I dont think EZ has that much. They are a rinky dink take in a 800 deposit, issue a 800 payout shop. I think thats one of the main reasons they are giving a hassle about paying.

The accusation of using a robot at this point is just an assumption that is used for not paying the player his winnings. It has to presented as a fact with solid proof !Yet I am afraid that is impossible to be proved or denied and that is what makes it a meaningless standard.

That been said. Here is the first actual case of "no pay" for ES that by the way also holds my money and so far have been a promising new book with good CS. And that is a reputation killer. Word will be out there for years wondering around in universe: " Easystreet? Yeah a good book but remember when they stole $46k from that player a few years back" . It will be a bad karma and certainly not worth it.
