When I opened this thread I expected to read about a withdrawal issue. Instead you're pissed because they won't instantly grant you a fifty dollar free play? Don't they have to check to make sure you've not taken free plays before? They can't just give everybody who asks for one a free $50 free play, can they?

If you have deposited with them before then you can get all the freeplays they send you.

If not, I think you are limited.

I know there live chat has been tough, especially requesting the fp. I say they are a bit understaffed when it comes to chat and people are dealing with multiple chats at once. Of course people who may be sending real $$ come first, hence the delay.

I am a BP fan and have been for a while but I will agree there is a customer service issue there. It looks to me like everyone has to run to somebody to get authority to do things. I have been put on long holds when I call in for basic withdrawals and you just wonder what the heck they are doing while you are endlessly waiting listening to music that has no flow to it. Richard is solid state when you go through him but it is a total crap shoot when you call in. The only thing everyone is on the same page on is calling you "sir" every other word and there appears to be a defensive posture on any request you make like everyone is fraudulently asking for something. They have great lines, great team total offerings so that side is all set. Maybe more staff meetings are in order along with a little more delegating.
