obama that side of the card that "expires aug 31" is only for the bonus added to deposits

the other side of the card is $50 free play on vikings/saints and $50 free play on the super bowl and has no expiration

how can a super bowl free play expire 5 months before they even have a line on the game?

Went thru the same BS laast night. Luckily I was doing other shit on the computer while they were jerking around. But once they took care of it, it was there almost instantly

It's definitely not expired (or they gave it to me today, anyway!) I got a postcard in the mail that said $100 Freeplay... then they didn't want to give it to me cuz I got a $50 Freeplay at betmania for the Hall of Fame game. Then I was like WHAT?! Why'd you send me a postcard then!? And then they gave me the $50 for thursday and $50 for the Superbowl.
And yes, I had to talk to 3 people, and they gave me Larry AND Harry...and Henry. But in the end after holding for about 20 minutes (I don't remember I got up and walked away and came back later and they had finally responded.) I finally got it

Ok, I got the $50 freeplay and thought it said that IT was expired Aug 31st..but you should still be good then. It just gets put in your regular acct, no "CB" in front of anything.

They gave me the same story about the Hall of Fame game, "since you got that, you are not entitled to The Viking/Saints bet" Said okay, I asked to please stop sending me mail. I hope to break all ties with them.

I did get paid and was paid in March, so other than the calls and junk mail, no complaints. As for not getting the free play, i will live I'm nothing for free right.

I hear a lot of this, but all my live chat requests for free plays have gone quickly and smoothly. Here is a tip, before you ask for the freeplay, ask a random deposit question and make it seem like you plan on depositing soon. Every time I have done that, they never jerked me around about the freeplay, just said "okay, your account has been credited with the freeplay", and there it was, taking all of 2 minutes to get in and out of the live chat with my freeplay.

I think they can afford it, with rollover and a cap on withdraw what percentage really get money out? A free play might keep them in mind when it's time to post up some new money. If it's "free" and there, why wouldn't you take it? I asked was told no, that I got it during the Hall of Fame Game. 3 minutes over and done and I moved on.

I don't care for the transfers, I mean train them to have the answers, or a sheet to go off of.
