What is it that you want to know?

Open an account with Matchbook or Tradesports. You don't exactly have to "jump in", you can experiment with minimal amounts, literally just a few dollars.

There is one thing about Tradesports that can be helpful to a beginner. After you sign up, you can use their chat pit on their main trading page. Often times there are experienced people there who can answer any questions you have in real time so you can actually do what is recommended right then and there.

Placing a bet at Matchbook or Tradesports is really no different than at a regular sportsbook. just click on the box showing the best odds available, enter your amount, and press enter.

Here is a Tradesports training site that allow you to learn without posting up.

i would recommend matchbook over tradesports because of higher liquidity and lower cost. 2% at matchbook compared to 4% at tradesports.

Wileout, have you considered using both these exchanges?

It's very easy to transfer book to book from these 2, done in a few minutes.

Remember, just because you're looking for a certain price at Matchbook, doesn't mean you can't get it lower at Tradesports. If you put in a price at -102 at Matchbook, try +100 at Tradesports to offset for the extra commission.

The supposed lack of liquidity can help, as your bid would most likely be the one showing at Tradesports. You never know when someone will drop on by and take your offer, it is an exchange, after all. You'll probably get your price more often at Matchbook, but it seems to me that being at two exchanges can help you get the price you want more frequently.

Let me expand on this a bit more sir. If the 2% isn't twice as nice as the 4%. Matchbook also does offer more book-to-book transfer outs and Tradesports does.

Matchbook does book-to-book transfers with Wsex, Pinnacle, Thegreek, Mansion, 5dimes, and Tradesports. While [iSBRFORUM]Tradesports[/iSBRFORUM] only does them with [iSBRFORUM]Matchbook[/iSBRFORUM] and Betonline.

BetOnline does not offer that option at this time sir. In fact this live chat session I just had with them says they don't do any book-to-book transfers at all.

                    I personally love Matchbook.
Once you learn an exchange you will LOVE it. The juice is FAR less, and you'll fall in love with the in-game betting.

Every forum I have seen rates Matchbook as top notch.
I made many withdraws from them....NEVER a problem.
