SBR’s Sports Betting Rules Monitor records noteworthy changes at four sportsbooks
BetOnline (SBR rating A-) adds rules for NCAA Football season win totals and conference championship future bets.
BetOnline.com also changed the required minimum games played for baseball division wins futures from 155 to 160.
Will Hill (SBR rating A) rewrites entire rules section. Players are advised to review all rules that apply to their betting style.
BetShop (SBR rating C-) cuts max win per bet by two thirds.
The maximum win per bet is limited to GBP 10,000 from 30,000 or 15,000 Euro from 45,000
regardless of the stakes or the odds.

Jazette Ltd. Group is now processing payouts to non-US players by Neteller. Players who have had to wait over three months have reported receiving five-figure sums in $2500 increments as recently as this morning. The Neteller option is not listed as an available transfer method on the group's websites, but owed players have been contacted by email to confirm their Neteller account number and arrange transfer. Players outside of the US and Canada who are waiting for a payout from the Sportsbook.com family may
contact SBR for assistance in arranging payment. Neteller is again seen as a viable option for many sportsbooks, such as

SBR’s Sports Betting Rules Monitor: Sportsbooks react to rainout in Yankees vs. Orioles game on June 28th, 2007. For wagering purposes Baltimore was graded as a 6-4 winner despite the game being suspended in the top of the 8th due to weather with the Yankees leading 8-6. Many New York bettors requested clarification from clerks, prompting the sportsbooks to update and/or clarify wagering rules.
Matchbook (SBR rating A-) updates baseball wagering rules
Matchbook adds text stating moneyline wagers on baseball games that are suspended will be graded based on the score of the last full inning, should play be halted in the top half of the inning with the home team trailing.
BetOnline (SBR rating B+) clarifies baseball moneyline grading BetOnline removes irrelevant text about the game being official for grading purposes after 8.5 (if home team is winning) or 9 innings, leaving text stating moneyline baseball bets are official after 5 complete innings or 4.5 innings if the home team is winning.
BetPlatinum (SBR rating C-) removes contradicting wording to clarify that MLB games must go 4.5 (if home team is winning) or 5 innings to declare moneyline winner; removes text suggesting 9 innings of play is required for all grading.
