[Resolved] Heritage scamming me for $3600

I made a deposit in March for $500 with a credit card, Ended up spinning the account up to around 8k.
Tried to make a withdraw months later, They told me I need to validate this card I made a deposit with. Problem is this card was canceled because of fraud issues ( charge was made on the card not by me so my bank canceled it and sent me a new one ).

I explained the situation and how i don't have this card anymore, They wanted a statement from my bank but my bank would no provide one, Instead they printed out a statement showing the old card and the new one. Heritage was fine with this and issued a refund to the card I used ( which i never got ).

They allowed me to do a few withdraws since, Now today all of a sudden my last withdraw gets canceled and they tell me that my card needs to be validated again. I explain the situation and they tell me there is nothing they can do it needs to be validated.

I have $3600 on the account plus another $500 they never sent me that says in my payouts that they did for $4100 total. They wont help me at all, All they keep telling me is I need to validate it myself and it is not there problem.

Would think this is pretty standard, Credit card being canceled for security reasons. Just want others to be aware to stay far away, They might seem reputable but will scam any chance they get.

What's more standard to them is people playing games with ************ and doing chargebacks. I'm guessing there is more to this story. Also your misuse of the word scam is pretty egregious. They have literally lost money on you given how you've admitted to withdrawing more than your original deposit amount. In what way does a scam cost the scammer money? If anything they may have been lenient to you allowing you to do any withdrawals. Your bank not providing a statement in relation to the alleged fraud is telling. But the smearing never ends!

Are you for real? lol a sportsbook not paying out because I can't validate a card that doesn't exist anymore is a blatant scam. They even sent my deposit back to the card which I never got but still taken out of the account balance.

How am I playing games? The deposit was back in March, They continue to freeroll me and let me bet with the balance until it was time to withdraw.
The bank wont write a physical letter that is all, They sent account statements showing the new and old card. You think because i am up money on the account it is all good and no scam? lol get real

What do you mean heritage insider? would love to contact someone that will actually help me unlike there customer service.

I have also been using the book for 10 years no issues until now. I believe they see my account being up money and don't care to help me because of it.

    Don't be a dick.

If you GENUINELY have a change of card number and Heritage gives you NO OPTION to get paid due to that, it's just THEFT.

This is far from the first time Heritage have taken this stance with honest players.

@OP, agree that you should use the PM system to contact SBR poster "Heritage Insider" and see if they will step in and get this fixed for you.

Shame it won't stop them doing this again though, Unless you know how to shame them in public to get some fair action on it of course :\

I have an update, They pretty randomly sent a message in my account that the card has been validated with no explanation. I just tried another payout today so will see if it goes through and update here.

I have been paid the $3600, not sure why all of a sudden I was paid but they made it right in the end. Still did not receive the $500 they told me they sent to the credit card but was told it could take a long time.

That is it for me with heritage, to afraid to continue to use the account then have this happen again.

I would just stay especially if you said you have no issues with them for years. Now that your card is verified why would you go elsewhere?

For one I still have not got the $500 they told me they would refund my credit card. They can also just pull this same nonsense at any moment they want. I don't feel safe holding large balances here anymore so rather play elsewhere.
