2 lessons to be learned here. Don't bet actual $$$ at Wagerhub and don't bet points with DB-81; both will try to screw you. Hard to feel sorry for Burton--even though he's in the right vs WH.

my thoughts exactly, HH. Burton is a stiff, but 4,500 is certainly more than 100 SBR points and doesn't make WagerHub right

I see that WagerHub tried to say that I gave points to people to trash them....completely untrue just for the record. But yes, HedgeHog, I understand that I do owe two posters some points.

And I understand that WH owes you money, but neither will take care of itself until the one that owes makes a good faith effort to actually pay. How about you making a 6 point down payment now to one of those two instead of spending it in the SBR sportsbook?

peterbet...I have never had a problem or issue with the customer service at WagerHub. They are very efficient at taking action and are very polite and courteous as you have mentioned. However, I do have an issue with them when it comes to receiving a payout! It really doesn't matter if a book is good at everything if they don't pay! I have been in very close contact with OSGA and also the SBR Team to get my money from them.

Ok everyone...I officially have an update on this situation! I just received a phone call about 30 minutes ago from Gia. WagerHub has agreed to make a settlement with me and will be sending me my winnings minus the original bonus + bonus winnings tomorrow morning. I was told the owner was out of town for the last few days and he had to approve my payment due to protocol and that was the reason for the delay.

Gia was very professional when she called me on the phone today and sincerely apologized for the way things were handled with my account. I actually do feel bad about posting some of the stuff in this thread where I was attacking her personally. I will let everyone know as soon as I receive my payment tomorrow. A little bit of money was left in my WagerHub account for use, so I will also make sure and keep everyone updated on my experience with them from here on out.

I'm not impressed, they should've paid to begin with or at least taken a more professional approach towards this situation.

Seems like they threw everything at you they could think of, multiple users, non recreational, put you on the defensive to figure out what the multiple users was all about.

I still don't see why they didn't pay the bonus or bonus winnings.

So multiple IPs are ok, correct? Did they admit that you didn't break any rules, or do they still have a problem with something that you did & are just settling?
