Exactly KingKolzig....I do turn off my phone constantly at school! Jim from OSGA has already done his own investigation on this like I said in the original post, he found what I have been saying to be completely true of the BlackBerry and Verizon.

I'm aware that most places don't allow multiple accounts at a single IP. This is the first I've heard of a Book complaining about a single account having multiple IPs. I take my netbook with me everywhere, so I use several public IPs--is this a legit reason for a Book not to pay? Of course not.

The computer lab at his school will have a different IP for every PC out of the thousands of PC's that they have.......also I found this about blackberry and canadian IP's:

When an IP address owner purchases an address, due to factors such as the agency controlling the IP, the use of proxies, cellular IPs and so on, the results of a lookup may not reflect the true IP location. One good example of this is that many US Blackberry users on the Verizon network will appear to have Canadian IP addresses. This occurs because the controlling agency is located in Canada.

Gia just completely made a fool of herself here. The funny thing about this whole thing is that there IS only 1 account per IP address here. The one account has multiple IP's because of this BlackBerry issue but there are not multiple accounts linked to the IP addresses. There is nothing in their rules that says you can't have multiple IP addresses per account!

They were early on but I thought this whole thing was over after Gia had said that she would pay so I told them not to worry about it. It looks like I need to get them back involved!

What is your answer for this Gia? I have read over WagerHub's rules several times and there is no rule that says that you can't have a single account having multiple IP's!

come to think of it this was probably a way of them making a deal. they pay you half and you walk away feeling lucky to have gotten that much.........i bet all books have pages of rules that they can translate any way that they want during a dispute. Ive never turned $500 into $9000 in a matter of weeks, but he fact that they payed you half is actually pretty lucky...And they totally know you didnt scam them, but they will most likely TRYand stiff you. It would be a bad business model if they didnt try. If you are persistent you should get all your money. They messed up when they didnt completely make stuff up, or flat out post losing bets with your account (ive heard this before, not from wagerhub but from some B books). Now they have little to stand on, if SBR gets involved again I think they would see it your way. GL

i agree,if burton sent wagerhub money everyday and lost,wagerhub would gladly keep taking his money even if he had 769 ip addresses,that is the bottom line,wagerhub has searched and came up with a excuse not to pay him,very sad

i just saw wagerhub is RATED D-. Whats Gia thinking, coming on SBR and defending herself, where they are ranked horrible. DB, play somewhere a little more reputable next time. The only one I can recommend from the top 5 is BetJamaica. Paid fast. no issues for me so far.

Yeah, I have an account at BetJamaica as well. I gave WagerHub a chance because Tom called me and offered me a good bonus. I will never play with a book that is graded below an A again.

Agree that the major issue is $$$ over points, and WagerHub should pay DB the rest of what he's owed. That said, I can't understand how a guy who wins several grand won't pay off his points debt (which is basically peanuts). I think WagerHub and DB both need to do the right thing, and I doubt either will.

DB--fill out an SBR complaint form and I sincerely hope you get your cash. GL.

I think its hilarious someone from wagerhub came on here trying to defend themselves, when all they did was make themselves look worse. Thats a joke, I've actually heard of other incidents like this on this board, would never invest a dollar in these jokers book. Its a two person operation with Gia and Chuck. LOL...this is definitely someone from management at WagerHub! Who the hell wouldn't be pushy to get over $4,000 that is being illegally kept from them? Booking other people on my account at WagerHub?? Why in the hell would I even consider doing that? The fact is, TERMINATOR, even if I do have multiple IPs in a single account, that is not against the rules! The only thing that would even be considered to be against the rules is having the same IP on multiple accounts! WagerHub can make up a bunch of different excuses to take my original bonus, but they are holding onto winnings that are rightfully mine right now!
