We all have been in the sports betting business for a long time. We all know that small books like yours will try to find excuses to not pay people their money that they rightfully won! We all know the facts of this situation as they are plainly stated in in this thread. You don't have to look far to find other people who either haven't been paid or who had payments delayed by WagerHub. There are several threads in here about WagerHub and there are several people who have complained about non-payment...I saw one guy in here who hadn't paid his 3K of winnings for 3 months! There is a reason WagerHub is rated a D- WagerHub, it's not just one guy!

I really wonder how hard it is to run a decent profitable book. How could you let yourself slip to a D-? when someone posts here pay them, becuase these posts never go away. Any search on wagerhub will bring it up. People are very weary of scam books, and all it takes is a few bad posts to make people run far away from a book. If I was you Dburton I would have been satisfied with getting half. But if you really really want the other half I would never let it go cause short of WH sending up a hitman to knock you off you will cost them much much more in clients lost than the $4k they owe you

To put an end to the issue... There are 40+ IP addresses showing in his account from which some belong to the same host... that being his cell phone but the rest belong to a total different host from a total different location. Let me leave you all with a thought.... He knows there has been an ongoing investigation regarding the matter and so now he is trying to speed up the process by posting here thinking it will get us to forget that somehow he went against the rules and had other people play in his account. Summary.. He admited to using a handicapper to help him win.. we checked his action and how can it be that there is 1 wager placed at 3:10 from Boise Ohio and then less than 10 min later another wager placed.. same account but this time.. different host, diff IP and not only that but also an entirely different location... Canada.... How can you play from both Canada and the US the same day... The issue here is that people tend to jugde without listening to both sides of the story. The site states clearly that there is only 1 account per IP address and in his case there are 40+.. yes some from his BlackBerry but them some from a totally different device... and come on.. we all know that each IP is unique and that each pc wether it is a mobile or a lap top.. each one is individually a unique host so... I leave you with something to think about. Feel free to call us and talk to us and we will give you full details...will even be happy to post a report of his plays and IP's here and provide you with a few tools for your own look up if needed. We have nothing to hide.. we play by the rules and WE DO PAY.... always and ON TIME..... As I said before feel free to contact us or me personally at any time. So Gia from WagerHub got upset last night and emailed Jim from OSGA telling him that she was going to take legal action against me for posting this stuff about them and also against SBR for allowing it to be posted. This was my response by email to her:

"I have every right in the world to post in a sports betting forum on the internet. There is absolutely no legal action that you could take to prevent this. We have freedom of speech and press here in America....if you don't like what is being posted then you should do the honest thing, and pay winnings where they are due!"

This is the response that I got via email from her this morning:

"Yes u do have the freedom to post so go ahead.... There is freedom of speech but not freedom to gamble which is completely ilegal. As I told u before we consider the case closed so post away and good luck down the road. We have officially moved on and as far as being rated a slow pay or no pay that is ok because we know we pay so.... If they are going to post that on us then let it be because we didn't pay u. Case closed Mr Burton."
