1xbet stole over 3000 EUR from my account.

I opened an account with 1xbet and placed a smaller bet (under 500 EUR). The bet won so I made a withdrawal to see if this bookie pays. Money was sent within a few hours. A few weeks later a placed 2 much bigger bets (thousands of EUR) and those 2 won again. I was limited after those bets so I tried to withdraw it next day, but the withdrawal was cancelled without any explanation. I went on live chat and they apologized and asked for passport. I sent it. Later they asked for some Skrill printscreens. One of them was the printscreen of credit card, however I have not deposited with card! This was very unusual and my suspicion significantly grew up. I sent it because I had almost 6000 EUR in this russian bookie. This was not enough for them and they asked for picture of my ID next to my head! It means that they asked for 2 different types of personal documents - passport and ID...with those two, they can steal my identity. However I sent it too, because I had no other choice.

After that they sent me this email:

    Dear customer,
In accordance with the general provisions point 35 of our terms and conditions: A client can register only one account. Only one account per person, family, household, computer or IP address or credit/debit card. The Company reserves the right to ask the client for more personal information (passport data, registration) as well as to to undergo a videoconference.

    Withdrawal of funds is allowed.
    Regards,
    1xbet

I went into my account and found out, that they stole over 3000 EUR. Not only that they deducted the winnings from the latest 2 winning bets, but also from the old one! When I wanted the explanation, they repeated the message I copied above and after that they stopped communication completely. They do not respond to my emails any more. I asked them like 10 times what else do they need and how can I undergo a videoconference. All I got was pure ignorance.

I filled in a complaint a week ago and now I am waiting for the response. I am aware, that there must be hundreds of people with similar problems. I am writing this to warn everyone: Stay away from 1Xbet! They are nothing else than scammers. Bookie which let you lose and if you win, they simply steal the winnings. Dont make the same mistake as I did.

I would also like to know if anyone has any experience with Curacao (1xbet is licenced there). I will do everything I can to get my money back and my next step might be to get in touch with them.

Curacao is a regulator in name only. The govt sub contracts licensing to private companies who compete for business against each other. Standing over or regulating their customers is not a high priority.

I'll find out what is going on with your complaint submission

Say Goodbye to your Money. It`s a Russian Bookie and those amounts you have placed are to high for them, so u won`t see the Money again.

I have an "update". Until today (5 weeks of waiting), there has been no response from 1xbet to the SBR analyst about my case.

Where you from Pitrs?? 1XBet is not even giving any welcome bonus for new members and you going there high roller...

I dont understand why you bet so much amount in a D bookie. If you was betting in Pinnacle, B365, 5Dimes... so many sites that accept big bets and bigger reputation.

Stay away from 1XBET,, Abramovich will take you money.

Anybody knows any other Sportsbook that ask for Skype Call to verify if you are real???

He bets at 1Xbet( D bookie) because hi is arbitrage user. There are many arbs with good bookies like as Pinny, SBO.
Agree with 1Xbet, they have a terrible CS with "college writers".

I am from Czech republic. I dont even know they have a bonus. Definitely not for me, so I did not take any advantage from the bonus. All the winnings they stole (over 3000 EUR) were from my own money.

Thats how small sites working, you can not put so much money because then they try everything to stole you. They prefer small bets or bad players that loose 20€ a day than someone that bet 500€ or more and can get 3000€ and then withdrawal all in less than 3 days. If you tried withdrawal 100€ a week, than 3000€ in one withdrawal, maybe you could safe you account, but thats only my theory i got with experience.

At the end, this problem will help you to be better when you choose one sportsbook before depositing, there are plenty of sites, I recomend you UK Betting sites or TOP sites in SBR, they are more profesional and dont die for 3000€ as russian bookies do.

For me it's the same 1xbet management didn't give any answer to sbr for a month and I'm really wondering why 1xbet has been removed from the blacklist if nothing has changed

Rate C- or D+,D,D- its like a blacklist 2º division, always so many payout complaints in these sportsbooks. If 1XBET is Ratting SBR "D",, means something.

pitrs, you may take a chance to contact the 1xbet staff directly at the Russian gamblers' forum. Their representative Massel answers customers' questions there. It's in Russian but I suppose Czech is a bit familiar language and google translater will help you. So, if you would like you may try at http://forum.byw.ru/1-xbet-com/40131...tvety-807.html
    Good luck!

That kind of lines they steal from here: www.betmarathon.com and partly from here: http://www.betcityrus.com .
In this sense yes, they are thieves.

According to me their aren't thieves. They are for sure not the best Bookmaker on the market and dealing with their customers services is a nightmare sometimes.
But they seems to eventually do the fair thing but sometimes you have to fight for a long time.

The problem is also that it's not normal that you have to use sbr to make your voice heard because their customers services just keep repeating the same thing without listening to you.

They are not as bad as they look from these forum threads.

They have addressed just about every complaint with an explanation or a decision reversal.

Their biggest problem is the way they tell penalized players almost nothing and their stupid canned messages calling people rude for breaking rules. I'd say about 50% of complaints would not happen if they just communicated better.

Quite a few of the complaint posts you have seen here go quiet once we speak to 1xbet and someone actually explains the reason/evidence for the decision.

I dont think its only about communication. There really was no reason to steal my money (yes, they have neither paid anything yet nor sent any explanation email so far). I sent them everything they asked for. I lost money at Canbet or at Heroescasino, but neither of them stole my money in such a disgusting way as 1xbet. Both of them went bankrupt. I have never been in worse bookie and honestly, I completely stopped betting after this experience with 1xbet. I dont have trust in betting business any more. 1xbet is a bookmaker which loves people who lose with them (who does not?) and takes the winnings from those who win. I did not taky any advantage of the bonus money (I did not even know they offer bonuses), my winnings were only from my own money. If this happenned to me, it could eventually happen to anyone who tries to place a bet with 1xbet. And what is even worse...If they are not ashamed of the behaviour I just described, what can happen with the documents I sent them? It is not only about money they already stole. I am afraid the situation could be even worse, because they asked for two types of documents (no other bookie asks for more than one document of those 3 - ID, passport, driving licence). Is my ID and passport already being sold on the black market? Now I have to worry even about identity theft - bank loans in my name etc.

Yes it's concerning it's true but their communication is a mess also, when you don't agree with them they keep sending you the same message "You have been provided with the information concerning your request." Like robots....

They even contacted me to say that they were paying my bet settled lost incorectly but still nothing on my 1xbet account.

Your dispute and mine are pending for more than a month it's insane.

Exactly. Even if they could not speak english, its no problem to send explanation in their native language ... everyone can use google translator. They are just not willing to communicate, because there is no explanation and no justification for what they are doing to us. Did you also have to send them 2 types of personal documents like me?

No they just asked for my passeport and nothing else. But after two type of personnal document doesnt chock me that much because some other books do that. WHat chock me is how they don't respect players. Has you said i think that they are not willing to comunicate because they know theyre are wrong that's it...

D or A doesn't matter as money will always be at risk. Lost a few times all with topnotch sites most recently Intertops and Juicy Stakes.
