As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.
We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.
If you have any questions, our moderators are around and happy to help where they can.
Was this a new way of making fun of people in front of everyone here?
It sure looks like that, doesn't it.

Update:
I received replies for my previous emails. Please see it below:
Dear Mert unal
We understand your desire. However, if you wish to opt out of verification, you can submit this request by contacting the security service directly via email. Otherwise, unfortunately, the request for documents will remain and you will need to follow the security service's instructions. We would like to remind you that the verification process is designed to allow the account owner to prove that they are the real owner. In addition, the verification process filters out fraudsters who try to take over other people's accounts.
Therefore, we ask you to complete the verification process. If you wish to opt out of verification, you must write directly to the security service and inform them that you do not wish to undergo verification.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. Can you explain more detailed what opting out of the verification means? If I send an email to the security service telling them I want to opt out of the verification process and receive my money, will they pay me the money that’s in my account? What will the consequences of opting out be?
Also, what’s their email address?
Thank you
Dear Mert unal
Without verification, they will only be able to return your deposit and nothing more, if you can prove that you made the deposit. The account holder will only be able to withdraw the remaining money from the account after verification. There are many cases where third parties try to withdraw money from other people's accounts, so the security service always works hard to make sure that the account belongs to the person requesting it. Therefore, we always ask you to be patient during the verification process. Security service email:
Please write to us whenever you have any questions!
So they still continue to confirm that the only reason they hold my money is to to verify my identity, while I had passed the videocall verification successfully and provided all the necessary documents.
These replies prove that what they are doing is plain scam. They talked to me via videocall, told me that they are certain it's really me talking to them, and still deny to give me my money, saying they are afraid someone else may take it: I guess they are right, and that someone else is 1xbet.com
The silence of the 1xbet Support here proves that once again. I didn't receive even 1 logical answer, why they aren't paying me my money.
Dear Administrator,
Can you please advise me what my next step should be?
Thank you
P.S. 1xbet Support, if you are willing to give me back only my deposit, does it mean you will give me all my deposits back or only that last one? If only the 20K, explain why should I receive only part of my deposits back and forfeit all my winnings?
Thank you everyone

I think if you opt-out or do not keep giving them what they ask, even when asked multiple times for the same document, then they will confiscate everything. They will just say it proves you are a fraud
As far as what they have to give back if its just deposit money. Just the last deposit since the account was zeroed out. The deposit that corresponds to the winnings they want to cancel.
But if it suits them, they have been known to say the total of all your deposits is less than the total of all your withdrawals and claim that means they owe you nothing. When that calc suits them better.
Its a no win situation for you if you are an honest player who has done no wrong.
Keep dancing like a disrespected cuck and hope against good sense that they act reasonably at some point. Or give up. For the amount of money you are talking about I would not give them what they want by refusing or opting out. Make them blatantly steal your money if that is what they are going to choose to do.
Imagine going to work each day as a PR rep to defend a company who tells people they need to give medical records that they are not insane to simply be paid what they owe you. It must be difficult for this nameless rep to go to work each day just to aid in the theft of customer money.
Although maybe being Russian aligned makes them feel patriotic for stealing from westerners? Is that how it feels for you 1xBet_support?
1xBet_support did you work there back when Eli was the public rep? He at least had some personal ethics. You can act with some integrity despite working for these thieves. Eli proved that.

You were right. After understanding that there is no way they will pay me my winnings, I tried to get my last $20,000.00 deposit back, because their complaint team told me that I can get it without the verification, but they refuse to give me back even my last deposit, trying to steal every penny from me. I couldn't imagine any sportsbook could be this shameless. I guess they have to cover the money they spend on the advertisements of their website by stealing players' money.
I just don't understand why they lied to me saying that I can get the $20,000.00 after opting out of the verification process. Maybe just for making more fun of me and enjoying the process more.

My 1xBet account has remained blocked for about a year, and despite full cooperation, the issue is still unresolved.
They demanded extensive verification, including notarized identity documents, source of funds, source of wealth, proof of address, tax-related documents, wallet transaction records, deposit screenshots, and even a video call. I submitted everything they requested.
Despite that, they still do not provide any meaningful reply to my emails, and the same blocked/review status remains with no clear final decision.
What makes this even worse is that in their own previous email they stated that if the deposit is proven, the deposit can be returned even without full verification. Yet after about a year, they have still not returned even my deposit, despite the fact that I provided documents proving it.
At this point, this no longer looks like a normal verification process. It looks like unreasonable delay, lack of proper communication, and continued withholding of funds even after full compliance with all their demands.

I've seen many 1xBet advertisements over the years, including on the broadcasts of prominent sporting events.
Let this man's case demonstrate that a book's solvency has little to do with its advertising budget.

Are these scumbags still in business? Deplorable behavior from them.
