technically they can only refuse to pay you at all if there is evidence of money laundering. If they decide you are multi accounting they should return your deposit. If their only problem is that you are a problem gambler, they should pay all the money.

Saying what I suggested wont stop the rest of the process, but if you don't want to supply sanity certificates and don't want to continue playing there, that's how to answer that requirement. If you don't do it or just say nothing, they will just leave you hanging and do nothing more.

Being insane is no reason to not pay you, but it is a reason they are not allowed to serve you.

Doubtful that will help much in reality, but that does put them in the legal position of not being allowed to hold an account for you.

As harsh as it may sound, you can forget about your money. They once took over $100k from me, and my friends had similar experiences whenever they won anything substantial. Their “verification” process drags on endlessly with absurd requests, and in the end they just block you. I was always amused by that 1xBet “representative bot” on various forums, desperately trying to defend and whitewash that trash operation with copy-paste replies. If you’re a high-stakes player, never deal with that doghouse.

After finally accepting my passport as an ID, now this is what I see when login to my account:

    Appeal account block
The review of your claim is suspended until we receive photos of the following notarized documents:
A copy of your passport (or other proof of ID)
A certificate confirming that you do not have a gambling addiction
A certificate of legal capacity from a mental health clinic or similar medical institution
A photo of one of the following: a utility bill (dated no older than 3 months prior to the date of the request) / birth certificate / driver's license. If you have already submitted any of the listed documents for verification, we ask that you provide us with the same document you submitted previously
Photos/screenshots confirming the deposit of funds into your account

Please note the requirements with regard to the documents you use to confirm the deposit of funds into your account:
If you made a deposit using a bank card, you need to provide a photo of the bank сard and a bank statement. Make sure to cover the CVV code on the back of the card.

If you topped up your account using an e-wallet connected to a bank card or bank account, you will need to provide a screenshot from your payment system account confirming the deposit of funds into your account with the company. You will also need to provide a bank statement confirming the deposit of funds into your e-wallet.
If you made a deposit from an e-wallet using other payment methods, you need to provide a screenshot from your account with the payment system confirming the deposit of funds into your account on our website. You also need to provide proof that the funds were credited to the e-wallet by legal means.
If you topped up your account exclusively through cashier agents, you only need to provide a notarized photo of your passport (or other identity document), a photo of a document certifying you do not have a gambling addiction, and a photo of a document certifying your legal capacity from a mental health clinic.

It is my understanding that this is just a cheap way of trying to steal my money. Even if I continue providing them these documents, they'll ask for more nonsense documents.
Before this I was really hoping that 1xbet is not a total scam and they are just doing the standard KYC, but now it is apparent that no matter what I do, they are not willing to give me my money. While I was losing hundreds of thousands dollars, they didn't bother to check any documents, as soon as I won something, they decided to take that as well.

They answered my email with a sample email explaining the instructions how to take photos and upload. I am doing everything as they mention in the email and still the same result: no result. They don't tell me directly what is wrong with the documents I upload and why they are not being accepted.

I was finally able to pass that step, now it asks for:

Please attach photos of your choice of the following documents (at least one photo is required)
    1. A photo of your birth certificate
    2. A photo of your driving license
    3. A photo of your travel passport

I have uploaded all of these documents 1 by 1, all of them together, even several times but no matter what I do 2 days later when I enter my account, it still shows this same message. Every time I upload them it says:
    Done
our documents have been sent. You will be notified of your review status using the contact details provided on the form.
    Then I see
    Appeal account block
The information you have submitted is being reviewed by the security department. The results of the investigation will be sent to the email address you provided with your claim.

However, they don't send any emails to me, nor they try to contact me by any other means.
I have even sent an email to the email address complaints@1xpartner.com but no answer.
I don't know if they have technical issues or someone is doing this intentionally to delay the process as much as possible.

First of all instead of asking all the questions and documents they go step by step, so after each required information it takes around a week to get an update. It seems this is special tactics from them to make the verification process as hard and time consuming as possible.

Now I'll write what information they acquired from me each time one by one.

    Week 1 Step 1 of 3
    Your fist name and surname
    Date of birth
    Place of birth
    Name of your employer, role

    Week 1 Step 2 of 3
    Deposit payment methods
Which sports do you like to bet on?
Which outcomes do you usually pick?
Which type of bet do you prefer?
    What is your favorite sport?

    Week 1 Step 3 of 3
What device did you use to take the photos?
Which apps did you use to transfer the document photos from your photographic device to your PC? If no applications were used and the files were sent directly from the device, please specify accordingly.
Did you use any software to modify the documents provided? If you did, please specify the programs you used
If any document was modified, please provide a list of amendments and state the purpose of your actions

    Next comes this:
    Week 2
Name the device/gadgets owned by you that were or could have been used by you to log in to the 1xBet website
Name the devices/gadgets NOT owned by you that were or could have been used by you to log in to the 1xBet website
State the physical location of the devices/gadgets that were or could have been used by you to log in to the 1xBet website
Name the internet providers that gave you access to the 1xBet website during that period and also the static and dynamic IP addresses which were provided/assigned to you

    After this they asked for:
    Week 3
For further verification of your account, please upload a selfie of yourself holding up a sheet of paper stating the current date and the reference number of your correspondence with the security team. Your face and the text should be clearly and fully visible.

    Next comes:
    Week 4
You need to contact the security department via a Teams-call before November 3 2025. Please state the time of your call and your Team contact. Security department Teams contact: ******************* (I don't know if I can show their contact here so I'll close the contact name)

So, I scheduled the day and time, but when the time came they said they were busy and I had to reschedule for another day, which I did and after the videocall I received the message(at the block appeal page) that I passed the video verification and further instruction will be sent to my email address which I didn't receive.
A few days later I log in to my account again and see at the block appeal page this:

    Week 5:
Please attach photos of utility bills (no more than three months old at the date of sending).

I sent them my internet bill from and next week when I enter my account to check what's happening I am still at this phase, asking for the exact same thing and I don't know whether they want more than 1 bill or they don't accept internet bill.

Now it seems they are intentionally doing anything possible to postpone unblocking my account. I have already uploaded another bill so I'll keep you updated about the outcome. I think everyone understands what I think of them now and how I feel about 1xBet.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to read this. Sorry if it was long, tried to keep as short as possible and without emotions.
