I started looking at whatever “matched betting” is and sites that offer the platform like smarkets.com and figured that maybe that would be safer as they take commission off of your winnings anyways, so logically they should be less incentivized to steal your funds, yet to no avail plenty of reviews on TrustPilot about account closures & funds confiscations.

Best by far is BetOnline. Pinnacle, despite its significant flaws, is also necessary for pros. Bookmaker was in that group five years ago but has fallen off somewhat. It's still useful at times. For recreational players, Bovada and Bookmaker are great. BetAnySports is also a solid recreational book, for now at least.

Bookmaker has been and is still the best offshore book. They have the highest limits of any offshore book especially for live betting. Heritage and BOL are solid but they have nowhere near the limits as BM.

At the end of the day, it’s all about the limits.

Bookmaker collared me on standard sport MLs a couple years ago. Their limits are currently 25% of BetOnline's. Pinnacle's lines are more variable but at post are pretty similar to BetOnline's.
