On an unrelated note, I was paid out by Betnow for very small amts < $1000 two times earlier this year. I probably got insanely lucky since I did not claim bonuses and made a couple of bets and quickly cashed it back out.

That’s pretty common with BetNow. Once you withdraw, they usually make you redeposit before giving another bonus. You might get another offer later, but it’s not guaranteed like with BetAnySports. Their bonus rules tend to be a bit stricter after a cash-out.

You definitely got lucky there. A lot of players have had issues with payouts lately, especially with larger amounts. BetNow used to be decent, but it seems their reliability has really dropped off. Probably best to stay away for now.

I'm still playing with SBG Global. I've gotten paid from them a few times in the past couple months with no problems and I've cashed in on the free weekly contests. They're giving me a free deposit promo of 125% free play with a 12x rollover. I think I am going to deposit.

I just wish they would get back to their old friendly ways.

As long as you're good with being paid in stolen funds- I see no issue.

If everyone else is experiencing payout issues, it's only a matter of time until you do as well

It says on their website "SBGGlobal is licensed and regulated by The Autonomous Island of Anjouan Union of Comoros."

I always thought they were out of Costa Rica. Anjouan is off of Africa.

Just an update from my end on the whole BetNow situation: nobody has helped. Not BMR, not OSGA, not Anjouan Gaming, and not the people behind the license (TBC this is not in SBR's jurisdiction and so I have not reached out or expected help from them on it, just telling the story here for the readers). I’ve filed complaints with all of them, provided details, followed the process exactly as they ask, and weeks later I still haven’t gotten anything meaningful back. No case owner, no timeline, no information, nothing.

Meanwhile the pattern has only gotten clearer as more players report the same thing happening: balances wiped out after the fact, wagers that were accepted and graded suddenly voided under vague explanations like “line moves,” “fraud,” “syndicate,” etc. It doesn’t seem to matter what you actually bet or how you played — once you try to withdraw anything of substance, they find a label that lets them take the money.

I’m not seeing any accountability anywhere. The so-called watchdogs haven’t taken any real action, haven’t issued any warnings, and haven’t even provided basic updates. It’s basically silence across the board.

So at this point, the only real recourse players have is posting publicly so others at least know what’s going on. If it happened to you, share your story. If you still have a balance there, be careful. And if you’re thinking of depositing, understand the risk you’re taking, because if they decide to keep your money, nobody so far has stepped in to do anything about it.

If anything changes on my end or if any of these groups finally respond with something concrete, I’ll update. But right now the reality is simple: there’s been no help from any direction.

Not at all. They paid me a lot more then they've received from me over the years. Always paid within a day or so. This thread does scare me tho. Nothing worse than building up a balance and then a book acts shady!
