I know but when they count my cash deposit plus the same amount for the promo bucks it’s more accurate to say 12x rollover than 6x

Example I deposited 400 got 400 promo bucks
My rollover is 4800
400x6=2400
400x12=4800

I recently got through my rollover and made a withdraw in BetNow. Now they will not offer me another bonus unless I redeposit what I withdrew. I am net negative so that's not going to happen. It’s pretty common with BetNow , if you withdraw, they usually want you to redeposit before offering another bonus. Sometimes they do send offers again after 30-90 days, but it’s not guaranteed. Best to reach out to their support and double-check.

If they havent asked for ID, then I would guess they are looking through your bets to see if there are any they can invalidate.

Yeah I already completed their ID verification with my license first day I made the account and deposit. I hope they pull through and keep their word. It has been a shady experience though. They completely took off my ability to live bet. I was getting so lucky on live bets and they took it off.

I've said this 100+ times over the years and understand you may not agree with me about this, as many others have not, but asking a bookmaker to verify your ID before they ask you for it is a pretty sure way to get your account flagged to be checked before payout.

And might be why it sounds like your account was set to lock cashier as soon as it became available.

I would not stress too much if you know you are just a regular bettor and not up to any tricks. They don't have a bad name for finding reasons to not pay.

Just about every offshore is going to review your account at some point. Usually first payout. So you're going to end up with a slower first payment than expected at a lot of books.

Assuming that you didn't do anything nefarious and they are just doing their due diligence, you will likely be able to cashout soon and it might work to your benefit as BTC has gone down since yesterday.
