I didn't make a deposit. Too few leagues available and that attitude is a red flag imho.

It is what it is. But they need to be clear to new customers just what is expected here. They can say new accounts are limited on the sports they can bet, I suppose, but they should also say exactly what's required to gain access the rest of the sports offered.

"Awaiting manager approval" isn't enough. If they are going to play that game, they'd better have a no-nonsense structure, and one that is reasonable, that is laid out beforehand.

I don't like it, but I can see what they are trying to do.

They're not just limiting the access to sports, they are forcing the bettor to wager on things he might otherwise not want to wager. I agree that diversifying bets at a book should work for the customer when it comes to risk management, forcing the customer to do so doesn't feel like a great road to go down.

I could see a future where they say "bet x% in major sports, and the rest in others" and you can play here without limits."

I think I talked about this and hinted at in a video, I call it "working with the book" but being forced to do it is a tough one for me. It doesn't feel right and they should have the expectations very clear if that's the game they want to play. It should be the bettor's choice.

For Betnow, the throttling of the menu should not last long, in my opinion. They should very forgiving here, in my opinion.

The bettor should have all the options, but be told that betting on major sports looks better to risk management, or something like that.

I could not get through to anyone on live chat so I called them to inquire about a bonus , MLB 100 100% Cash bonus $1,000 max , 10x rollover. I was told by the customer service I am eligible for this bonus and if I wanted it he can apply. I was told about this bonus from a friend, it is not in my promotions, as a matter of fact when I go to promotions in my account, I immediately get logged out so I have no clue what is in my promotions. I wanted to deposit $1,000 right now for the bonus, I called them because live chat did not respond. I spoke to the customer service to confirm it before I sent the BTC, they told me they can only give me 50% now. I am a loser at this book but not a big player there. I explained that nobody answers the live chat, or else I would have screen shot the conversation prior with the other CS agent. I explained I was clearly told that the agent said he was going to give me the MLB bonus, now they won't, beyond frustrating.

I hit a prop limit the other day which was odd but other than that, no problems. Halfway through rollover. Casino play counts for roll .2/1 which is cool. BM counts zero on a sports bonus.

The main thing is to always check the conditions and monitor the safety of the withdrawal. Never make a withdrawal to a card or wallet that can be linked to other people's accounts. In this case, it is better to use casinos that do not require verification. After that, at gamblizard.ca I read a lot of interesting things about different ways to withdraw money, primarily security, verification, etc. This cannot be ignored. Many are just waiting for the day when you get caught.
