So I see SBR has closed this dispute between the player and BET365. They are now going to discuss previous complaints of live betting with BET365 management. So in this case BET365 was correct and not in the wrong it seems.

The player is insisting to accept the fact , the bookie had this day tech. difficulties, as argument.
In my opinion, screen shoots and bets logic are the true arguments. And in this case, arguments speak againts the player
