That's normal for them.

I have provided 100% confirmation about them mis-grading bets in the past, and just wasted hours of time and a half dozen emails either way before they still refuse to pay the bets properly. With no reason at all to justify it apart from saying we wont change it to be correct.

They are happy to just lie and laugh in your face.

Everyone in there acts the same way as the attitude comes from the top down.
