If you win a little bit, it will be ok.
The problems will begin when you will win much more. Here is my story with 1XBET.

- i bet since 2 or 3 years without any problem
- i won money during the football season 2018 and World Cup
- i did withdrawal without problem since one day, one has been rejected
- i asked to their support why. They said their Security Department need to verify my identity
- i already sent my ID card before but i did it again. After, they asked to make screenshots of my neteller account. I did it.
- The same evening, it was impossible to connect to my account. I sent an email to ask why whithout answer
- The next morning, i tried to connect to my account and it was ok this time. But what a surprise : all my money was GONE !
- It didn't take long to understand why : they made 7 "fake" big bets (5 lost, 2 won) to empty my account
- It remained only 130 euros on my account. The rest was gone.
- I contacted their support and they faked the surprise. They asked to contact Security Department. The Security Department fakely asked to give a lot of information about computers i use to connect, my IPs, who knows my password.
- The funny part is it was magicly possible to withdraw the 130 euros

Now you know. They will steal your money if you win and you can't do anything.
I will let you know if there is some updates but i am very pessimist about it.

There have been many complaints about 1xbet but I have never heard of this with them before.

If you submit a Sportsbook Complaint form SBR can have a manager in there look into this for you.

Edit : i have read few topics about 1xbet, i see i am not alone. It's crazy this kind of bookmaker can do this. They make ads on SERIE A and TV and they have this kind of stealing behaviour with their customers.
