You need to double check current rules with the books involved but usually you need to complete a 1x rollover of book to book transferred funds like any other deposit.

I can't see any reason why you can't open an account and immediately fund it with a book to book transfer... but again, you really need to double check with the books involved directly if it is important.

What's the problem with withdrawing when you win even if it's a few hundred a day while still leaving initial buy in and maybe a little more to use. No different then a land based casino where you can withdraw anytime you want. Most people who leave money in loose it in the end and keep re upping. That's what the books want. You win, you should be able to withdraw everyday with no problem.

I think a large part of it is win, get your rollover done,get your money out and transfer to a book offering a big(50-100%) bonus. It is like double you winnings. At this point I play to win big. I like BookMaker and trust them the most. I keep the large majority there. I might take a small portion and go to a book if they offer a big bonus but I am mostly just at one and will cash when I get to where I want to be
