Ive had a new one today. I deposited over 24 hours ago and they are telling me they are having issues with their processor and won't release funds to my account. Who do I go about getting a hold of do get something like this resolved? 24 hours? 127 confirmations? BITCOIN? It should never take more than an hour.

These guys don't have bitcoin network problems.

This is about 5D's bitcoin processor not advising them of funds receipt to credit accounts.

This happened to me two days ago on a deposit that had many confirms already and took i think 9 hours or so to get credited. I'm wondering how they will handle my deposit from yesterday but this time it doesn't have any confirms because of bitcoin network, The first deposit they shorted me some money from full deposit this time bitcoin went up some since yesterday and I hope they add in the correct amount extra since i'm still in bitcoins. Lets see how this pans out

3 days and counting for me, haven’t heard a thing. Last BTC withdrawal took 4 days start to finish. If they just made note in the cashier that they’re experiencing delays it wouldn’t be as irritating but when it still says a processing time of “up to 48 hours” and 3 days later it’s been nothing but silence it leaves a sour taste

They have no problem accepting my BTC almost daily.

But when I do a withdrawal, nothing happens. Get told on chat that since its been only 46 hours not 48 theres nothing I can do. THen that they will 'look into it and get back to me' then 'will be in touch'

Absolute BS, especially for the effort they go to shut down an account if the BTC does not match the deposit amount.

As other posters pointed out right now transactions are delayed involving bitcoin, heck even the SBR Betpoints Store is delayed from yesterday. Because 5D has more offerings than Heritage. I need both books, but am dismayed that one book can get done in 6 hours what the other may or may not in 60, namely make a btc payout

Yeah I'm going on 96 hours with mybookie.ag. I'm on their sister site xbet.ag. These guys are giving me the run around for 5k btc and 5k wire transfer. I've been using them for a while but this is just insane. I'll be switching to heritage if I don't get this money soon. I got on a hot streak and ran it up to 15k over a couple weeks. Successfully received 5k last week no problem but struggling to get the remainder.

I have all emails from 5D deposits, promos, chat transcripts. But they say the reason its not being processed is becuase I "didnt respond to the payout email" That doesnt exist.

5D chat gave me the runaround again all day on a simple BTC deposit.
And caught them lying to me in chat by responding to an old withdrawal thread they were forced to acknowledge they just received. Then sent me an email at 11:55 saying if you dont reply to our email by midnight we are cancelling the transaciton and you have to start over.

Will be posting all the chat logs with complete runaround and blatant dishonesty later. Never had a problem withdrawing until now. Until after talking to Tony. They have told me for almost a week now, they 'havent receieved my confiramtion email' When its been sent 50 times. And no other withdrawal options are available and I cannot call to confirm. Something is happening
