#38Send 5D an email with your account number and password. State the amount you want to transfer and the book you want it sent to like Heritage or Bookmaker (not sure what other books they transfer to and from other than these). Include the account number of the Book you're sending to and make sure both are in your name (can't send to a friend's account).Comment -

#40I'm waiting on a small 400 dollar btc withdrawal for 4 days now and have not received the confirmation email and status still says requested but the updated time keeps changing. They keep telling me there's delays and to just wait. I don't understand what they're doing but it's super shady considering it takes less than 30 seconds to send Bitcoin.Comment -

#42Cought 5 dimes red handed again in their pathetic BS and deliberate lies.
Alreayd posted how I sent 25 emails to bitcoin@5dimes and payout@5dimes with the exact information they requested but was told for 3 days they 'never received it'
Now an unsuspecting chat agent 'tina' in the middle of a weeknight, went through and confirmed ALL emails were recieved and game me specific details about them and dates and time, thinking it wasnt related to anything or unaware of their runaround. Went through all of them and confirmed 20+ emails with withdrawal information received from me as well as personal responses to threads of 3 separate payouts agents. All of whom denied receiving any emails.
They are legitimately scamming/delaying peoples withdrawals at their own self-interest.
When I contacted SBR, they refused to help.
I wont blow it up now as I have another withdrwal and I dont want any execs cancelling this account. Should there be another delay with withdawals due to 'email not reiceved' Will burn this to the ground.
Anyone interested in chat logs PM meComment -

Is this the problem you think means your points are disabled maybe?
And your private message privileges are normal. Maybe you were trying to PM a user who has had theirs restricted?
Anyway, you have normal account access..Comment -

#52Had a payout processed this morning, withdrawn from balance and received confirmation emails of this. 6 hours later still have not received my Bitcoin and the transaction doesn't even show up on the block chain. 5dimes live support is telling me that it's because "sometimes when the system is slow it takes awhile to appear after the processor has sent it". I've dealt with Bitcoin for years and have never had a transaction not appear on the blockchain especially considering the blockchain isn't congested enough for something like that to happen
Likely scenario. The drop in price this morning made them not want to send in hopes it would bounce back so they wouldn't have to send as much out to meLast edited by Yons18; 12-22-17, 04:04 PM.Comment -

#55Not yet. I'm still waiting, and I've been told the same as you.
I'm sure we'll receive them once bitcoin is back up to where they are comfortable sending the payouts.
It just seems like they are manipulating the payouts, so they are only "selling high" when they send it.Comment -

#57Ya not when they deliberately reply 24 times, 'Sir, we have not received the full email with the disclaimer and your details. Even though We received your email 5 minutes ago when I accidently read the contents to you'
As if im NOT interested in getting paid, or fumbling their procedures for what? Already did the email reply and waited. Its not hard to tell when something is happening outside of common sense. Just as your girl in the pic looks a little 'non-compliant'
As I said I am not talking any shit. And I have another withdrawal to safely do before I can post blatant lying in chat logs with omar, cameron, scott, and becky.Comment -

#605dimes could be at the top of the industry if Withdrawals didn’t require a ton of leg work. I’ve moved on a year ago for this reason. I’ve had issues in the past x5 where they would claim not to get my email when confirming Bitcoin withdrawal. Simply search my post from 9 months back if so. Really it’s unreal.... 5dimes has the gambling world by the balls, and they pull crap like this.Comment -

after 2 or 3 i think a rational person would switch to a check withdrawal or book-book transfer if bitcoin isn't working properly
we could argue all day whether it's intentional or just sloppiness on their part, either way they eventually pay... no place is perfect so you take the good with the badComment -

#62If you have a BTC withdrawal from DSI that is sitting in your Coinbase account as "pending" for a week, what's the best advice? DSI claiming it's been sent, but no confirmationsComment -

Or submit to an "accelerator" https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...elerators.html
Try the Viabtc free one first. You will need to try to submit at 1 second past the hour. Might need to try several hours in a row to get in fast enough..Comment -

#64Is ANYONE other 5Dimes seeing a delay in the Bitcoin network? Because they deducted and processed a payout from my balance 27 hours ago and are claiming not to be sending payouts via Bitcoin because of this delay. I have sent multiple transactions in the past day in btc that have confirmed with no issue and they are still saying this to me. What the hell man...Comment -
