Ladies/Gentlemen,
Good afternoon I am writing this letter to provide you information
concerning your pending withdrawal.
At this time we have begun performing all due diligence with a Gaming Firm
that has agreed to merge with Heroes, with this happening we will have the
opportunity to settle all pending withdrawals. While the process of due
diligence in which a full review of all company and client accounts is
taking place all payouts will continue to be delayed until completion.
Being aware that some of you have been waiting a long time to recieve your
funds and hearing that you have to wait longer is probably not appealing
however there is now a clear end in sight to your wait.
I would like to take this time to personally apologize for the length of
time this whole process has taken, as I have stated it was never the
intention of Heroes or myself to mislead you in anyway. Due to unforeseen
circumstances we found ourselves in this situation but rather than lie down
and give up we continued on trying to make Heroes better and settle the
payouts owed. Now with the addition of the NEW casino and our new partners
we will have completed our mission.
Thank you for your extreme patience during these stressful times.

Maybe because it took months to process the damn request since
you kept friggin delaying responses in authorizing a withdrawal
request and then playing games with what I sent till you approved my
ABILITY to even REQUEST one.
Lots of nerve to even question this when you've been holding my money
hostage with no updates in the last several weeks.
Unbelievable the balls you have Sean given the circumstances. What a
disgrace to the online sportsbook industry.
When will I get my money?????

#159To reply to MrSporty: The LGA is only for Maltese-licensed sportsbooks. Heroes is based in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, so regulated by these people: http://www.curacao-egaming.com/ They revoked Heroes' license, so I'm not sure what more they could do. You could e-mail them, I suppose.
Gold Victory was brought down by the owner's fraud, so there's still money somewhere, hence why people are pursuing the LGA to try and get them to work with the legal process to get at player funds tied up with the fraud case. Heroes has been brought down by lack of funds, so there probably isn't anything that can be done.Comment -

I've filled in a complaints form to SBR regarding heroes and stryyke, to LGA regarding stryyke and now this one - and not 1 reply. Do I assume they received it and are doing something or is it a waste of my time?Comment
