Heroes slow-pays

I just received my third slow-pay complaint on Heroes. All these started once they shut down their casino.

Has anyone been paid in the last 2 weeks?

Are there any other slow-pays outstanding?

Justin, slow-pay but still paying. A friend received today and another one yesterday. They waited some days for the payment.

Edit: Btw, I'm still waiting for mine, asked last week. But it seems they're solving it

Been waiting approx 10 days. Have not filed a complaint with SBR but considering it.

Have spoken to someone who received one after about 11 or 12 days, payment received a couple of days ago.

Im hoping it is just a big backlog as they claim.

Justin received a payment after about 5 days, this was last week. Have requested another withdrawal today, so will post here once received.

Another person waiting here, 12 days and still getting nothing but 'please be patient' e-mails in response. Without the casino, I fear these guys just won't be able to stay in business.

Good news - 2 of the 4 players that sent me complaints have been paid.

That is good new Justin, i do believe everyone will get paid and these are slow-pays rather than no-pays. I am given the same line of please be patient, i was told that they are still working through last weeks payouts, so on that basis i should get mine in about 7-10 days. Still better than Betguardian, who still owe me for three weeks and counting........

It's a little annoying to keep hearing 'we are processing in order of receiving withdrawal requests' from them, then hearing of people being paid in 10 days when I've been waiting 13 days now. How can people requesting payments after me, get paid before me?

I have filed a slow-pay complaint here, but haven't heard anything back yet, should I get something by e-mail from SBR?

Just thought i would see how everyone is getting along with regards to payouts from Heroes? i have been waiting since early May for my payout, i am getting the standard response that 'waiting...' listed above that you will be paid out in the order that it has been received.

I have filed my complaint for slow-pay to Justin, anyone getting any joy from Heroes?

My withdrawal request was made in April and I've been given no firm date of when to expect payment. I filed a slow-pay complaint with SBR on Wednesday.

Quick update... SBR has received a ton more complaints, but a few more people have been paid. I'm going to try to speak with them tomorrow - it shouldn't be that hard to fund moneybookers when you have this kind of time.

I was told that they will be catching up by the end of this week. Is there any clear indication what are they doing with their casino software and how much do they actually owe the players and upto what date have they cleared the backlog?

i still have about 100 dollars on heroes but have never been about to figure out how to do a parlay with there site. is it even an option?

Guys,

I have received my first request of $2500 today after 3 weeks. They have responded to every email I sent, but never committed to any time line.. They have maintained that they are clearing the backlog and hoping to catch up by the end of this week. They also sent an email suggesting that they have part sponsored 30th of May Valeuev fight which was called off.

I am not sure what the status is at the moment but something positive for me here at the moment, I am hoping I get my next next payment soon.

I think saying 2 weeks is a little optimistic of them BUT they are still there and paying players.
I have just requested my second payment.
I have had the same experience as you with the e mails, always quick and polite response.

I hear about a new payment every few days. It seems that players are getting paid faster than new complaints are coming in. My last inventory had the backlog down to 5 plays (it peaked at 12).

Any update? Do they tell you why isn't the casino open with a new soft yet? I think that's the only solution...

My withdrawal dates back to April, which would suggest the backlog is still pretty huge assuming payouts are being processed in the order they were submitted (some of the posts above suggest a more random system of payouts however).

No i haven't received any information from people i know who are waiting for payments. I have been emailing Sean Dillon, who i understand owns Heroes, but he is ignoring my emails.

Justin - What are Heroes saying about these issues, as it's pretty clear to me that no one is being paid, or if they are they are being quiet about it.

I hear about a couple payouts a week. Heroes is not offering any real explanation of why this is taking so long - I assume it is a cash shortage.

Last person was paid maybe 4-5 days ago (that I know of) after waiting about a month.

I went back and read through my numerous emails. It looks like the last payout I was notified of was 9 days ago.
