There was also a report yesterday on another forum of someone being paid - not sure if he is one of the 2 mentioned above. Payout was for approximately £1400 via Moneybookers. Not sure how long he had been waiting, but months rather than weeks I think.

Heroes is sending Newsletters. They are in strong to get up. I am hope they will back in charge and finaly pay to everybody.

I've been waiting on $9386 since the 9th of July. Recently, I was told that I'd receive a significant portion of the money in the 1st week of November which is good news. This is the first time I've been given an actual date where they've promised to pay so I have faith in them - they haven't made up any stories about why they're not paying, which shows that they're respectable.

I'll let you know when I get my payment.

Little puzzled by the comment mbynwa... I've been waiting since the 5th May and many promises have been made and broke by HeroesCasino via Sean Dillon. The latest is I'll be paid my £2.5+k by the end of next week, I'll keep you posted as to when I receive it.

In my experience when Sean told me i was going to get paid, i got paid but this was at the start of the problems so i may have been lucky.

Thanks mbynwa - I just heard that they're sending a wire to Moneybookers this week and that they still hope to pay me by the end of the week. Fingers crossed!

I'm afraid Heroescasino broke another deadline of last Friday, after ignoring emails last week. They seem to have little intention in paying at the moment and the emails I receive from them seem less and less hopeful, this being the most recent!

You may have your money, once the wire hits Moneybookers we will do everything we can to have your account taken care of.

It would seem logical that I can have my money when in my Moneybookers account... It's dependent on when they release that wire! Which frustratingly, they seem to be getting amusement out of setting dates, building up expectations and then missing those dates. As I said above I've been waiting since the 5th May with a new date given to me every other week. It isn't looking good.

hi i just received my balance of $2326 from heroes. so thought i better let you know that they are doing payouts and are honouring their debts.

only downside is they paid me in euros even though my account was in US dollars so i lost $50 in the currency exchange and only got $2275.48. i contacted them to ask for the $50 since i think they should pay me in US dollars if my account is in US dollars and all my deposits were in US dollars. that is a sportsbook industry standard thing isnt it?

I always was in touch with Sean, He told me to wait for my payout several times.

I always believ in his word and he finaly comply with his word.

I think Heroes is recover step by step and everybody will be payd.

Ahh, yep.

That would explain it. I received $4887.70 about an hour ago but had $5000 deducted from my Heroes account. I was very happy to receive the payment but I actually thought they had charged me $112.30 in fees which was strange since they'd never charged me fees before. I emailed them to ask about the fees so hopefully they will send me the $112.30 that I lost in the currency exchange as well - I agree with you that they should pay in US dollars so we shouldn't have to cop that currency exchange fee.

I'm very glad to see that Heroes have resumed doing payouts again though! Nice work Sean et al!!

i got nothing

i have 17834.50 in my account and i was told many times that i would get a payment just like everyone else but i guess since my balance was so big they thought they would pay all the people with small balances first to take the pressure off. this sort of thing is really annoying for me since i have been waiting patiently since 20th june for my money. if anyone can do anything to help me i would really appreciate it since i dont know what else to do. i have been sending them lots of emails but had no responses to any of them lately either. even if they sent me 5000 i would be happy to get something...

I'm sorry to hear about that JustinWilliams. I still have $4386.12 in my account if that makes you feel any better.

I'm not sure whether to ask them to withdraw that as well or whether to keep betting at Heroes. I like their book a lot but I'd want to be sure that I was going to get paid at the end of the day before I started betting there more. I guess I'll wait until I hear that everyone is getting paid before I decide to go back there.

Keep us posted with how you go mate. I think they'll honour your money just like they did for the rest of us. Hopefully they have a reason for the delay and haven't run out of money, like you suspected. Good luck!!

Hi Justin, I'm still waiting too and it's been since May now. I'm not sure how the 'que' process works ate heroes but it is looking hopefull that Sean is going to pull of an impressive turnaround!

Haven't seen an update in a month or so... anyone still waiting? Unfortunately I made a deposit on the advice of a sports bet picking service which has been relatively succesful however I'm in process now of trying to remove my $600 us as of yesterday.

Haven't gotten a response to whether they got my upload verification docs for almost 48 hrs.

OK So now on day 3. I originally asked for an invite to *********** and they said no it would require 6 months wait. I then uploaded docs and decided I was getting out of their service. That was 3 days ago. I've sent an email every day and they don't respond or acknowledge the uploads of my identity documentation. Good lord it's only $600 how hurting can they be?
