#422I'm working with my cc to get it back. SBR ruling stated for me to go back and beg Tony for my refund, and admit to wrongdoing in order to get it back. Basically beg "god" for mercy, confess my sins, and hope I am spared if he finds me worthy. I refuse to admit to a lie. I'm confident I'll get my money back. Take the refund of those bets and don't be silly unless you now want to be the kid who is blackballed everywhere and can't gamble again. Don't believe it? #427Jim, I really like both 5d and Heritage. Sure Tony is rough around the edges. If you are up front, honest, and don't take any shots, you won't have any problems with him as he pays on time. You were wrong in going ballistic on him when your check bounced because you knew he had nothing to do with it and it was all the processor's fault. I still wish Tony reinstates you because you are very entertaining and it would only be a matter of time before something else happens and the board would once again light up again in hysterical fashion. I also like Heritage. They are very generous with their cash back, contests, gimmicks and their cs is great. However, one thing makes me a little bit on edge about them. They don't take new US customers any longer. What is that supposed to mean to the existing US customers? I hope nothing.Comment -

We have spoken with 5Dimes management.
All you have to do is connect to live help, request Becky or Tony, acknowledge past-posting, request to be paid your actual balance (not derived from said attempts).
Denying it, trying to keep your account open, engaging in a circus isn’t going to solve anything any quicker. Just own up and be on your way.

#434I've read this entire thread and it does seem to me that SBR is clearly not impartial. I had a small recent issue with a book and a very large one many years ago with a different book and I felt that SBR looked to slander me and protect the paying book in both instances. I think that SBR needs to try and be the industry leader that it claims to be by judging fairly and informing a book when they are wrong and sticking to their guns, when a situation like that occurs. This would give them more respect with both the book & the posters. Unfortunately, given the current online gaming climate, SBR seems to feel that they need to protect their client. Given the evidence that I have, I would have declared to the public that 5Dimes needs to refund the player's balance, no questions asked. I do believe that the OP took a shot at past posting but 5Dimes is also guilty for leaving a line open way past its finality. Both parties are guilty, refund the player, close his account and be done with it.......my 2 cents.Comment -

#443More like the wife that gives the husband permission to screw the neighbor, and then acts shocked when she finds them in bed. 5D left a line on a fight with with what appeared to be the correct and fair play time, which fights we know never happen according to schedule, active on their site. I have extensively made it clear I didn't get a chance to see the fight or have the TIME to look up details. I saw an active line with every indication it was still good. The time said start time 10:45pm, line is still up on 5D, fights never start as scheduled, if it's still up must not have started yet. Locked it in at 10:56pm. 5D is almost fully responsible for basically setting a trap. I fell into it due to a time constraint(busy at work), and not having the option to watch the event. I won't get into this again because I already said I wouldn't get sucked back into this sh#t. #447You don't know what this thread is about. You continue to bring up a deposit when that has no bearing on the original topic. WHAT PART OF MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED FROM DAY 1 DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? I can't get a copy of the deposit time because I don't have access to it. I don't have any emails from 5dimes from deposits. Even if I did I don't get your f'n point. When you make a deposit it's because you want to bet on something. The length of time between your deposit and your bet does not constitute guilt. If it did I've been guilty on every deposit I have ever made. You're trying to attribute guilt to a tendency or way of going about things. Your habits with your br are not my habits or how I manage my br. Read the thread and understand the context of the dispute first please. Not even Tony is disputing my deposit, so it is not a point of conflict. This dispute is basically over, as SBR has passed their ruling, so there is no sense in going on and on about it which is why you never got a response. Now I'm just focused on getting my money back and preserving my dignity in the process. How you go about things and how I go about things are different. That doesn't signify guilt like you say. If you compare my previous deposits and length of time before making a wager, it would be the same. Which means that although I might not match what is NORMAL to you, is perfectly normal and matches my account habits for me. If I had a deposit confirmation with a time stamp I would post it. I've posted everything else. Why would I hide the deposit? #448You talked your way into looking guilty enough for some (most?) people to no longer believe you. Whatever the truth is. Your refusal to see that just adds to all the other suspicious stuff you have said and (not)done.
Charging back (which I am guessing you have found is not as easy as you hoped) is just cutting off your nose to spite your face. Both the bank and anyone that shares a C C risk database with 5D will have you flagged as an increased risk.
If you can't see a way to do what has been asked of you without begging or admitting anything, then you are either a moron or just don't want to comply with anything asked of you, like some bratty child. In which case enjoy your noseless face...

Granted, we're talking minutes after the football game starting, but past-posting nonetheless. I wasn't aware that I was doing it, as I wasn't in front of a TV to verify if the game had started yet. #450If telling the truth and sticking to it and being adamant about your position is indication of guilt, then so be it. I find it funny you represent everyone. I'm not trying to win a popularity contest. If anything bettors are supposed to support eachother which is why I came on here to make it public. When you have a problem, you will seek support too. i hope you receive the same skepticism and lack of support from SBR. When your credit is excellent and you have never had a chargbk in your life on your account, your cc takes up for you for being an honest cardholder. If you like to bow down to another man that is your choice. Like I said in the previous post, everyone is allowed to go about their decisions differently. I'm going to try to bubble to $10,000 from $150 in less than 6 months. If I reach that amount early, then I will cashout and start over with $150. If I go broke, then I will be done with gambling for atleast the remainder of that 6 month period. I just cashed out a $1000, which is what remained from the $7,000 I made last week over the bowl games. I gave it all back through poor money management(aka 75% in bets). So the objective is to bubble from $150 to $10,000 in 6 months or less. Win or lose my picks will be posted here.
I don't recommend any one tail my picks. I'm not a great. If anything I might prove to be better fade material. Goodluck and let's get this money!
Start Date: 1/12/14 End Date: 7/12/14 or $10,000
Starting bankroll: $150
Record: (0-0-0)
You lost your bankroll on the 01/20/14.
That's one of the reason that I want you to post your deposit. From the 01/20 - 01/23, you did not put in any bets. Then, on the 01/24, you saw this opportunity for past-posting, you made the deposit.Comment -
