Interesting how Tony declined a refund during their chat sessions, yet a check is in the mail now. If Tony just conceded to the refund during their chat, it would have saved the OP & SBR forum community a lot of time & aggravation with this thread. It's obvious what Tony's agenda was, not surprising behavior considering his very unprofessional attitude.

Tony's ego doesn't allow for rational resolution most of the time.

Tony enjoys making people squirm and why not when you have a guy that you believe is taking a shot at you. What fun would it be to just let someone take a shot at you and you say "yea no problem, we'll refund your wager, but you can't play here anymore, and please don't try making wagers after the match is over at other places"

It makes sense to treat someone how they treated your company, especially in gambling. If you think the guy is taking a shot, you don't treat him with respect when figuring out a resolution.

If you're the owner of a concrete company and you mess up someones patio, you don't go off yelling at the person. But if you did the work fine and they somehow ****** it up, and they say it was like that from the beginning, you're probably not gonna be to pleasant about the situation, when they keep on insisting it was like that from the beginning.

Happy the guy got his wager back, was probably the correct move whether he was taking a shot or not.

                Haha, no way in hell.
That's why the books need to be on top of this, not sure how often it happens with obscure (in my opinion) matches. but that same night they left an NBA game up on reduced juice after the 1st quarter was over.

Tony "thinks", doesn't know for sure & surely hasn't proven it. Why the guilty until proven innocent mentality? If OP had several prior past posts then ok, but not shown to be the case here. OP was also labeled a $10 bettor, was proven false.

Why is the book never held responsible for taking lines down at the events starting time? If that was done, this thread obviously wouldn't exist.

not to mention the line changed 3 times allowing the guy to keep betting it.

i don't get this either. Usually bad lines are taken down fast at 5dimes in my experience. he bet into this line 3 times and it changed a little each time?
