For what its worth I have been in contact with some people down there and as of right now there is no deal in place with any book and it looks like they are going to remain in business. Of course it could change but all the top books we would want them to transfer accounts to are not involved.

What we have here is...deafening silence by our "watchdog" in the face of a close confluence of a few occurrences (one of them quite major) affecting access to our money...

if SBR brass really "know nothing" (brings to mind Sgt. Schultz on Hogan's Heroes) of any substance... then they should at least come on and tell us that...rather than let us twist in the wind while getting increasingly suspicious about whose interests SBR really is keen to protect...

What I don't understand is how a thriving book like Legends can't settle accounts after they lost their gaming license. Did the Panamanian government raided their coffers and took all their money away? Just because they don't have a gaming licence anymore it doesn't mean they don't have money to settle accounts.

Legends would have been demolished if it weren't for forums like SBR. There's nothing about this book that makes it competitive. No overnight lines, late lines, higher than industry averages for W/D's, no reduced juice, and low limits. SBR helped to build Legends and any future deal is likely to include, to some degree, SBR. If you had the Greek, pinnacle, 5dimes, Youwager--JJ's favorite,Bet Islands--obv before they went bust, Heritage, and Legends...which book would you have tossed out of the picture first? If you don't answer Legends, you're dumb as nails. Then throw in all of the other books and it's a miracle this book saw any action. You really should give SBR a little more credit.

yes, why not? if it's true...how is telling us just that honestlly (as a start...along with describing a few advocacy initiatives they're considering toward assuring that our funds are indeed handled properly...etc. etc....get the idea...at least attempting to act as if you really are a player advocate--even if only for players who signed up under your affiliate bannership)...

Nope, when I signed up at Legends. It was not thru Sbr. My point was that Ethan, and the rest of the clerks were trained to ask if it was Sbr. They had huge numbers from here. I am not one of them.
