Not much you can do but follow Justin7's advice about bugging the regulator weekly until Betfair get around to making a firm decision either way. That's all their lawyers will tell your lawyers if you really want to waste more cash on legal fees at this stage anyway.

Precisely. Dynamo Lyon too told Zagreb that Lyon needed to win largely. But it was long ago. I know that hearings went. Even the trainer of the Ajax asked to investigate this match, but found nothing. And many video cameras were on this match. Also investigated many services and departments. And here betfair assumed FBI or Interpol functions or Police. But if UEFA recognized that the match was fixed, bets cancelled. Though I doubt that betfair there blocked accounts. They are pants.

I don't agree. Even if the matches were fixed they should still have to have evidence that the OP was involved in the fixing. They are, however, well within their rights to close the account.

On an exchange I don't think you need evidence that the OP was involved (because if one party to a bet is involved and the other is not, what do you do?), just void the markets, as per past precedent.

If the league recognizes that matches was fixed, they have to place this information on a site ffu.org.ua or pfl.ua. I consulted to the lawyer. He told me that the betfair company needs to produce the evidence about that that I knew that matches was fixed and statements for victims from my bets because to me wrote that I on a site betfair was engaged in roguish actions. And injured it is those players who were lost because the betfair company not the dissatisfied party as it isn't the bookmaker company and the exchange of bets.

I disagree, if all the matches you bet on were fixed it is not for Betfair to hire ppl to investigate all the winners to find out which ones had knowledge prior to the match, if the league determines all the matches were fixed then all bets should be voided.

At this point your only hope is that you win the Betfair investigation into the matches (unlikely) or get a lawyer and sue them...there is nothing anyone at SBR can do to help you get your money.

I do think your deposit at least has to be returned to you...I can not see even if the matches were fixed how they could steal your original deposit

Once again to you I will repeat that I will file a lawsuit the claim against the betfair company even if the Federation of Soccer of Ukraine or professional football league will write that matches was fixed. Betfair will have to prove that I knew that matches was fixed. Statements from all injured players from my actions for the sum of $62611 are necessary to me. Whether I don't learn made a refund to players who were lost because I won. But before that the betfair company has to prove that I knew about that that matches was fixed. That that I made a bets on small coefficient at the score 0:0 after the first time these are problems of the betfair company instead of mine. And they accused me that I made a bets on coefficients which beat at them on a site. Ravings of a madman. I am not the curator of coefficients on a site betfair. Coefficients are formed in the market instead of I form them.

What taxes? The betfair company took the commission. And into the account of my case, I see that for the betfair company this lost case and they know it. I have read this entire thread, post by post and I feel like I have to say something here.

1) Stepanko, I am from Israel, we have lots of Russian people in here, and I understand your culture, the way you talk, what you're trying to convey with your messages, it is pretty much clear.

2) Yes, there lots of idiots here who think you speak with broken English. Well, as a person whose mother tongue is not English neither and I wouldn't regard my English as near perfect, even though I think I can do the basics with this language, I think you're doing fine.
