Betfair doesn't pay money to players

I beleive every single word you said in your complaint because they made the same thing to me 2 months ago. I've been a customer of Betfair for more than 10 years with no trouble at all until recently they intoduced the Maltese league. I bet on 2 matches on the same day winning 5300 Euros on the first but lost 1400euros in the second. They suspended my account for the same reason you mentioned and they said their investigation could take months or years!!! When I asked them about the match were I lost the 1400, they said there was nothing wrong in that match. Can you beleive this they froze my winnings on the first match but took the money I lost in the second. My question to you stepanko86 is, now that more than a year has passed what happened with your case??
