We could care less about where you post, what videos you post, who you're in an argument with, any complaints about your posts, or anything else other than why the site's down and when it will be up. BI is a B-rated book, yet when their site is down no one from there is accessible. And no one from this place, where the people claim that they want to protect the player, has said boo since Lou posted a phone number 2 hours ago. That's what the thread is about.

Tunes, I agree with you in a sense, but SBR is not 911, if you have an emergency. Jon can't be on the forum or work 24/7. It seems like he comes in here quickly most of the time, but we can't expect him to swoop in here all the time. Yes, it is a busy sports day, but we've been spoiled with his super hero persona, which I feel is legit. He will make it right for those and offer an explanation, when he gets a chance.

Hank, we are very close in age. I'm 36. We've prob been betting online the same amount of time. I'm not obsessed with BI. I only have $1 in my account. I try to stick up for them because they are one of the best, if not, the best us book out there. If you do have a problem or a claim that could go either way, Jon, by far, is the best person out there to talk to and give you a fair shake. I stick up for them because I know how far Jon goes above and beyond for his players. This guy, courtesy wipe, has given indications in posts, BI has gone above and beyond, in the past, for him. He makes it seem like a comet is approaching earth and he is done. EVERYONE has and should be pissed that the ag and mx were down at whatever point. All I am trying to do is tell you, Joe Blow, Johnny Cockblock or whoever to hang in there. The service they provide is unmatched.

i have a lot of money with them and i kinda demand decent service (not great, just decent). and on days like this is when its needed. not as much if things are going smoothly. and they are not providing decent customer service today.

its annoying not being able to place a wager but i can get by. Not knowing my pending wagers (and balance) through any method was the part that IS the problem for me.

I would love someone to name a B-rated or higher book that has had more technical issues than betislands over the past 12 months... They are not some brand new book with growing pains. They have been around for quite a while now, and have one of the more consistent patterns of web site issues + customer serivce houdini acts I have ever seen.
