They used to be real good. During primetime if the site wasnt working correct, it would automatically send you to a backup site that would work. Today, not so much. Really after paying out, keeping a working website is a close 2nd in terms of importance in an offshore book imo.

I would have hit a 9 team dog parlay. WTF is this? OMG! Yeah, it sucks this happened, but the Nazi's didn't break down your front door and rape your wife in front of you. This has happened before at BI, Heritage, 5 Dimes and a lot of books. Again, it sucks, but a lot of the drama in the posts is because you know Jon bends over backwards for the players. I have a 5-figure balance there. I have e-mailed them 5 times in the past week with no response. I read stuff about how they payout quickly, how they've never stiffed anyone, etc. But I know that if a place like Bookmaker is ever down, they have a mirror site, phone numbers that work, CS reps that can tell me my balance, and a personal rep who is always available. This place is not a top-notch book and this little episode proves it.Comment -
