Home opener for Chicago here, which is a always a hood spot for american teams. They have won 5 out of their last 6 in this situation and should be able to do it again against a Philly side facing another unsuccessful season. Philly are without a few regular starters. Their captain has not made the trip out to Chicago, and they are also missing 1 regular defender and 2 mid fielders on olympic duty. Chicago have good pace and should be able to take advantage of the absences and break through the middle. Chicago have only played one game this season and will need to get off to a good start here if they want to make the end of season playoffs. Chicago for the win!

Rain is fast approaching the circuit, should hit approx 10 mins before race time, possibly start under SC but apparently its losing intensity at the moment but i imagine a few drivers spinning off and DNF's throughout the race. I feel like going larger on this but will just go with 1 unit.

Looks like a sucky day for the bettors. But a great race in parts. Loved seeing the Williams going so well. Never would have picked Alonso to be so fast all race. Rain or dry! Did you notice Perez did not deploy his DRS against Alonso on lap 50 or 51? 1 lap before the radio message that 2nd was fine and Brundle sighing that team orders were in play? I was scratching my head wondering why that lap earlier. Sucks ass if so. But would also explain the strange decision to stay out 1 lap too long as well eh?

My Kimi for fastest lap bet saved the day for me. Only came out square though.

yeah not so great betting result but with a race result like that it's hard to be too pissed off. Incredible result, imagine how much that podium combo would have been paying. 500-1?!?!

I didn't notice that about Perez not deploying DRS. Perez seemed to be going for it either way, but its always possible Ferrari were telling Sauber to back off. There might be some free engines coming to Sauber for the rest of the year!

Well done on Kimi fastest lap, that would have been paying very well. He only took it 3 laps from the end as well!

I really think this will be a high scoring game. We got a glimpse of how teams will play when everything is on the line last week in the Sydney/Jets match. There were 4 goals alone in the 1st half. I don't think this will be as high scoring as that game but previous matchups betweens these two teams this year have finished 4-2, 2-1 & 1-0, with both overs occurring in Wellington.

Sydney went with a very attacking side last week, and it worked very well and I have seen nothing to say they will change that approach this week. Wellington have always been a fairly attacking side and both will be pushing hard for a win, a draw does not benefit anyone and whoever is down will be on maximum attack. If their is a goal in it going into the last 15mins, it will be end to end stuff.

I took the over 2.5 about an hour ago. I was thinking whether to take it or not, and in about 30 seconds odds dropped from 1,997 to 1,90 at 5dimes ... Now I just checked its 2,050

Nice write up. I don't know much about soccer but was looking for some action late night here in California. Watching the line movement on this total before game started and noticed significant movement favoring the under so I pounded the under 2.5 and it's Looking good so far. I don't see how they can manage 3 goals in 45 minutes.

Believe me, it can happen in no more than 4 minutes sometimes. I had under 2.5 on many many a-league matches this season, one of them I remember was Gold coast - sydney , the game was 0-0 at HT, gold coast scored around 58' for 1-0, and then 89' and 91' Sydney scored twice to make it a 1-2 FT
