Like I said, and yes I know Cappin is the forum troll, those are based on what Tbone said his picks were. If someone else would like to come in dispute it with verified info that would be great. It doesn't matter to me when he posted I am not fading him or using his picks, I am just trying to put out there what this guys real record is, he has a weekly commercial on CNBC for his services, and document how good his service is.
He's made death threats about being given an F rating by a website. To me the simple solution to his distribute with the website would be to give them his picks with the agreement they won't be posted until the next day or something and prove the value of his service, but nope he takes the stop of I will cut your throat route.

Because it's fake, and these are guys who are supposed to be smart enough to have made a lot of money already. At best you would negotiate the fee on the net at the end of a certain timeframe, weekend, week, month.
