Thinking about adding a new rule on the SBR forum

Should mods issues cool down infractions for PWI (posting while intoxicated) or not?

I agree it isn't like our computers are attached to our car and we have to be driving around while posting...

Also there are only a few here that abuse others verbally while drinking...most of us that drink and post are really just having a good time...harmless fun.

Sir, I feel by invoking this rule it would stop all the venerable abuse intoxicated posters bring to this forum. For example, Mr.Richkas use to post all the time drunk and just vulnerably abuse our posters for absolutely no reason. This is not the type of behavior that I want to subject our members too.

While I can respect your views sir. I also know if this new rule is stated in the faq's page it will most definitely cut down on intoxicating posters coming on the forum and preform slanderous type acts of verbal abuse against other non-intoxicated posters after they suffered a substantial financial loss for the day.

If someone is out of line according to forum rules, they should get an infraction.

If they are within the code of conduct here, they shouldn't.

Intoxication should have absolutely nothing to do with it. Behavior should.

I will enter all the known drunk posters and enter them in the SBR database. Then once those posters start verbally abusing others and or mention that they have been drinking. Then one of us mods will put he/she in the drunk tank for the rest of the evening sir.
