Each lottery vendor has access to programs and reports detailing the number of plays, combinations, sales, etc that have been played on their specific system.

I had 38 and 46 on about eight of my tickets together due to the fact that those two particular numbers have hit the most in Mega Millions over the last year. One of the tickets happened to have a 4 on it.

Let me remind you all of a factor you didn't consider. You cant simply walk to a terminal and say I want every number, here's a 176 million. If you a super fast team of 20 people filling out cards it would take several years to fill them out.

You can't simply walk to a window and get every number folks, wake the fudge up.

Dude u do know that the lottery has no memory of the past draws right? I mean come on use your head here bro. I promise that every draw has the same chance of number 38 or 9 or 2 or 33 hitting every single draw. Its just like roulette bro do you think that the wheel has a memory of what numbers just hit? I know you can't actually believe that because 38 and 46 have come out the most in the past year that they have more of a chance to come out tonight.
