Dozer- How long you been in this business? It should have taken you all of three minutes to decide this case.

Keep an eye on this Picantel. He has a history of past posting and he's not even smart enough to make the past posts the same amount as his normal bets.

Reminds me of a card counter I once knew. The idiot would play $5 a hand at a $100 table. Whenever there was a favorable count he would bet $100. The pit boss figured this out immediately and showed the guy the door.

Why did it take you so long to see what happened? I'm the first guy to jump on a book when the book is wrong but let's also jump on the scamming players.

like i said before why keep playing after the first team they cancel a legit ticket???the guy is experienced so no reason to keep playing. very odd. After the first stiff job then start the complaining why wait till out 18k looks like a scammer or a fool

I feel the player's pain here, as I have experienced similar pains over last minute horse wagers I swear are on time that ultimately get tossed out. Tough lesson to learn. The books have the advantage of having a two minute rule as most winning money comes in late, this is why they can offer the rebates. I agree it is convenient to have all of your action in one book, but have come to learn the Youbet.com or Xpressbet.com, domestic sites, are the best alternative for horses. I am also somewhat skeptical of the player here as those are huge winnings, but have also had some serious runs like that on the horse side, so I don't think it is impossible..unlikely..but not impossible. Not sure why everyone immediately jumps on either side of this. This is not a case where the player has admitted to past posting like in the Betonstars scenario. Why don't we wait for the facts instead of getting personal....scratch that..its a lot more fun this way

I am gonna make this clear one more time for the less intelligent on this forum. Betcris has ALREADY GONE OVER ALL OF MY BETS. My 'past post' bets are no different then my other losing or winning bets. In fact, I have at least a dozen if not more bets that are twice as much as the supposed 'past post' bets that lost. Bill has already talked to what I assume is a manager over there and I have talked to the manager also. Do you honestly think they would have left my account open if I was not a legitimate player? You are also forgetting one more major detail here- there is not a damn thing I can do about it. Like all sportsbook they are out of country i.e. I cannot make a complaint nor can I sue. Had this been a US company I would have already taken action. Finally, my money is done with betcris. Perhaps I was a little harsh with the scamming but it is fairly obvious to me especially when 2 of the bets were 2 minutes apart that there is something wrong with the technology side. For those who think I should make a bigger fuss about this pray tell what I am suppose to do? I posted on this forum. I talked to their manager. I emailed Bill. There is nothing left to do. If you have any other details then fire away but stop making your ridiculous accusations without proof. Once again, betcris has checked out my bets and have determined I am a legitimate player. The manager even knocked a few of you who obviously know nothing about horse racing.

An American horse outfit does not accept bets when race goes off as it is impossible because of software.

Cris uses cracker jack racing software that some 8th grader wrote

If you disagree with a canceled bet you should call up and talk about the time difference right away, not come in here and say that you been getting duped for months.

If CRIS shows that you post posted, what do you want anyone else to do? Do you want someone to look at your computer clock to check it for accuracy? Its good that you at least stopped playing instead of coming back again in a few more months.

Where did you get the months from. I have been at betcris for just over a week. I let them know something was up 2 minutes after the race ended when the posttime was still listed for betting after the race was over. I came here asking what I should do. I got the answers I needed from Bill but obviously not the results. I just find it ignorant that a select few would call me a scammer and betcris has called me a legitimate player. Finally, anyone who does horses knows you cannot make a living at it. I am a realist. Perhaps a few make 1-2 bets a week(large bets) but I do not have the patience for it. About once a year I have a really good week. This has happened for 19 years and the first it has happened at a sportsbook. I still made good money this week but not nearly what I should have done. I still remember a few years ago northfield park where I live was having a double superfecta that must be hit that night. I hit the first part and got 1 straight chance at the 2nd. I took my first 3 numbers and debated on the 4th place finisher because I hated the favorite and finally put him in. He broke stride(harness) and finished 5th. The horse that finished 4th was 80-1 odds but had finished 4th place 5 times in a row which I missed. Nobody hit the double so I got a consolation of 4k but just missed out on 100k. Nothing to do with this but just a story I still cannot forget

jj- cris gives 8% rebates on exotic wagers and 3% rebates on win bets, ect. That is pretty substantial since the US sites give 0%. Also, until I came here I had never heard of pinnacle. Heck, until I got a flier in the mail I had never even heard of betcris. I have done vipshorses in the past with rebates but they end the betting well before the race goes off which is bad for serious horse players.

I went to deposit with my debit card at pinnacle and it seems they want a scanned copy of the credit card used. Is this for real? My scanner is a feed scanner and there is no way a credit card would go through. I refuse to use netteller or those other sites. I guess pinnacle is out.

Neteller is the way to go (IMO) quick cashouts at books (Usually free) + no chance of some dope of a book double or triple charging your CC in error like in the 5dimes thread.

I've been using them for 2 years with no problems.

Next time you sit down to watch the race, note the time. The later check the offical start time. It seems to me that the problem may not be cris, but it might be that the start times that are ebing reposrted aren't accurate, in whihc case you will have this problem no matter where you play.
