How many times do I have to say I never placed any bets AFTER the race. I have not had problems with the other dozens of races I won and lost on. I have had problems with 4 specific races. When I contacted them I told them their racetime was 5-7 minutes off their post time. You can believe what you want but your opinion means nothing as you were not there.Comment -

I don't understand why you are so mad at us. You can understand why we are clearly skeptical and if you are telling the truth all you have to worry about is what CRIS says. It really doesn't matter what we say hence you shouldn't get so worked up by our comments.
Secondly, you can't hold a company 100% responsible for technical problems. I am quite sure there is a section in their clause that protects them from technical problems.
Futhermore, if your bank accidentally deposits 10000 dollars to your account and you decide spend it which is followed by the bank admiting to a mistake and wanting the money back, do you tell them that they made a mistake therefore you deserve the mistakenly deposited money? No, the only thing you can do is go to another bank.

Wrong again. I did talk to Bob on a friendly basis. The bets in question are listed as 1 and then oddly enough 3 minutes after the race went off. He checked out all my other bets and agreed that I make big bets and I like my posttime bets. Nothing wrong with that and obviously I am not scamming. I do have
thousands in losing bets also.

My big bet is $20? I posted up to the first 1k. Any better knows the more you win the more you bet. They already checked out my account and saw I have multiple losers some reaching over $200 for a single win ticket or hundreds for trifectas and perfectas. I see these clowns on every forum. they deleted the cancelled tickets. One was a $40 win ticket on a 2-1 shot. One was $50 to win/place on an 8-1 shot. The bigger ones included a $10 tri wheel and a $50 perfecta with the favorite over 2 mid shots i.e. 1/2-3. I forget the delaware tickets but they were about the same. none of them were any different then what all my other tickets were.Comment -

I find it amazing how these type of issues are usually handled... First, let me make it clear that I don't have any opinion on if this guy has valid claim or if he is just full of it but if I was in his situation I would not be wasting my time trying to defend myself on a forum or even discussing the details here until I had used every other method to deal with the issue... Secondly, why can't everyone else just chill out a few days and let Mr. Dozer handle this? I'm sure he will then report back here with whatever he finds out... Unless someone is laying odds and taking bets on this what is the point of the needless spectulation? Me personally? I'm done with this thread until I see a repost by Mr. Dozer...

Mistakes and misunderstandings are always a possibility and players are encouraged to ask SBR for help with any questionable issues. Unless answers can be extracted from the book’s rules pages, SBR will immediately contact the sportsbook on the player’s behalf. It does help to first see where your book stands on the matter in order to address the core issue or dispute.
There isn't much that can be done for a player who says he was cheated over the course of weeks or months but continues to play. The specific races that were addressed show past-posted times according to DGS racing software and DRF racing results. The only thing a book can do when the player questions archived account history is to go over the old wagering tickets.
A lot of Racebooks have 1-2 minute buffer zones meaning that any bet placed right before the race has the potential to be canceled. Books do this so that the players watching the races over satellite can't take advantage of them as the start times change.
We have had complaints where the players claimed the horses had not left the gate until 10 seconds after the wager; instead of the house disputing the 10 seconds they simply quote their 2 minute race rule.
CRIS does not have this "buffer" rule. They take wagers right up until the horses come out of the gate which makes them a favorite for veteran players like Picantel.

ALL books have made mistakes with past posts and line errors. A scammer cries to you and you are going to take note. Take note on this scammer so the next time he complains you will know his background.
There are many legitimate complaints about books. When a scammer comes in like this it hurts the players with legitimate complaints.Comment
