those prices fluctuate quite a bit, but you should be able to go from just about anywhere for around $300 round trip

Out of miami flights are around 475 AA...little cheaper at Southwest, but overall not too bad

if it follows old trends, there will be a meet-n-greet with drinks friday night
then poker tournament sat afternoon (looks like pros only this time)
party/dinner saturday night

maybe a free golf outing saturday morning if you want to

really a casual deal, most of the time you're on your own unless you want to get together with other posters and do something.
like any trip to vegas, it is what you make it. if you want to gamble, hang out by the pool, go to the strip, grand canyon, hoover dam, go to clubs, plenty of stuff to do to extend the trip another couple days...

Some notes I am sure of; The airfare reimbursement for the few that still qualify is being discontinued forever more. A great deal while it lasted.

All posters are invited with some stipulations but only SBR Pro's can play in the free $5,000 poker tourney(no non pros and no guests). Hotel rooms for two nights and all the booze and food you can slam are on SBR.
