Hmm. Make that 5800+ posts and 230k views for the Sportsbook.com thread. A stellar book indeed.

Hahahahahaha! That video is hilarious. This guy has absolutely no concept of computer infrastructures. This guy is the biggest fear monger on the planet, spreading nothing but misinformation. He says that if you type in a site wrong it goes to your ISP's search page as if it has anything to do with anything. It's because when the vast majority of idiots sign up for service they need to use a CDROM to do it for them. The CD not only configures your IP settings but upgrades your browser if need be as well. They put their own search or homepage as the default so when the syntax of your http request is incorrect it brings you there. By default it's set to, guess who?Microsoft. It doesn't do anything! It just takes you to a search page. Not to mention, the guy has no fundamental concept of how IFDs (Internet Filtration Devices) work. Your ISP could not possibly alter searches through Yahoo or Google. These searches are returned as huge blocks of HTML code. Parsing those files, removing the unwanted sites, and reconstructing the code error free would take massive amounts of coding, processing power (supercomputers at each ISP), and would bring your bandwidth to a crawl since all TCP/IP packets would need to be analyzed, searched for http headers, defragmented, construct the file, perform the censoring, reconstruct the HTML file, encapsulate all of the packets again and then send them to your computer. Hilarious. Not to mention, I've done network consulting for several large ISPs and these devices don't exist. As far as site based IFDs, those lists come from the manufacturer of whichever software package is installed at that specific site. Each software company maintains those lists and classifies sites themselves. As far as Internet 2, this has been in the works for years. It will eventually replace the current Internet infrastrucure, creating a much faster, reliable, and secure data throughput. The reason they are only offering limited amounts of sites to begin with is because the infrastructure isn't there yet! It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you can't just switch everyone over to the Internet 2 overnight. Massive amounts of upgrades and configurations will need to be done to get everyone on board. This is precisely how every single network in the world is either upgraded or created. The first and current Internet started as a culmination between Arpanet and several universities. This guy is absolutely clueless. He instills fear in you sheep because neither he nor you have any comprehension of the things you are talking about. Hilarious.

That's what this clown and the other side too (the Rush Limbaughs and Sean Hannitys) are out there doing too. If you listen to any of it without laughing, you should be ashamed.

I prefer to think they're just bumbling idiots rather than pre-meditated accesorys to mass murder. It reminds me of when the trains were blown up in Madrid and London not so long ago and post 9/11, when they investigated the intelligence they realised there was more red-tape than an income tax report, the information just got lost in a lake of information that nobody knew how to manage. For what its worth, the reason I think there was no conspiracy on 9/11 is because of the reaction on Bush's face after it happened. He acted like he was out his depth and wholly unqualified to be in such a position, I'm sure if he knew it was coming he could have put in an Oscar winning performance but he didn't, he reacted like we all did, stunned.

that is a really good point about bush. but, whatif he is using reverse psychology and he wants us to believe what you just said?

this is actually the original I believe...but then again you know about those fake vids on youtube

the first clip was a replay they re aired on another network

just amazing that the guy operating the chopper camera just happens to zoom in right before the greatest video shot in US history

again...I dont know what happened that day...its just ALL speculation....but the official story??...I cant buy that

thats just me though...I dont speak for anyone else but myself

just think...if youtube never existed...we wouldnt be able to review these ORIGINAL vids 7 years later

watch closely from the 6:40 mark til the end....and tell me if you smell anything relating to bullshit

then at 7:12 the fade to black on a "live" shot??

and right before the zoom in....how come no plane is seen in the wide shot?...how fast do planes travel anyway?

                                      wierd

Lucky zoom? You do know these are professional cameramen already focused on the building, that there are more people in the chopper than him, that the shots are almost always framed by watching screens instead of through eyepieces, and that a huge aircraft soaring toward a set of buildings that had already been hit and is constantly being watched as it burns is probably not too conspicuous. Not to mention it was a pretty bad zoom anyway. The cameraman didn't seem to know what to frame after that. And doesn't that disprove the major notion that some believe planes didn't even hit the towers? So you think this cameraman was on the horn with GWB and Cheney the night before, telling him the exact second of when to zoom? Or were they operating the camera themselves? This gets better and better.

you see at the time 7 years ago everyone was in shock...so maybe some minor details about that footage were overlooked

but it "dosent get better"...it makes me mad to watch that vid

how in the hell does the nose of a plane come out the other side?

why on the wide shot before the camera zooms in there is no plane seen ANYWHERE right before the zoom in?

and why does it look like the "plane" is skipping across the screen ?

and why right after impact there is a fade to black....like maybe fox didnt want that shot of "something" coming out the other side to be aired??..just maybe??

Nobody knew for sure if the first plane struck the building intentionally, genius, not even the friggin guy on that very clip who SAW it hit. So should they have just started shooting down commercial aircraft full of American citizens? I really doubt you'd have applauded the military if they had done that. You would have said well how did they know it was going to hit the tower? What if the passengers could have overtaken the plane at the last second? You people would have found something to bitch about either way, because it was an absolutely no win situation.

                                              Air Defense

Multiple Failures of the Air Defense Network to Protect New York City and the Capital

On September 11th, there were fighters in the air less than five minutes away from the Twin Towers when the first was hit, 25 minutes after Flight 11 was believed to be hijacked. There were a number of air stations with combat-ready fighters within ten minutes' flying time from the New York City and Washington targets. There were well-established automatic procedures for intercepting aircraft that were either off course or had lost communication. Yet there were no interceptions of any of the four hijacked aircraft, with the possible exception of Flight 93, whose interception and shoot-down is officially denied. What conclusions can be drawn from this failure, given the awesome capabilities of the air defense network?
                                              The Changing Story

For the first few days after the attack, the official story was that no interceptors were scrambled until after the Pentagon strike. On September 16th Vice President Cheney told Meet the Press that George Bush personally made the decision to scramble interceptors, and suggested that he did so only after the Pentagon was hit. 1 General Myers, during his confirmation hearing on September 13th, said that no military aircraft were scrambled until after the Pentagon was hit. 2 There was also no mention in the major media of scramblings of jets prior to the Pentagon hit, until September 14th, when Dan Rather announced on the CBS Evening News that F-15s were scrambled from Otis at 8:44 and F-16s were scrambled from Langley at 9:30. 3 Officials such as Cheney apparently were not kept apprised of these new "facts," since his Meet the Press interview was two days later. Four days after the CBS disclosure, the new story was incorporated into NORAD's official timeline.
The official timeline was changed again with the release of the 9/11 Commission Report. The differences between the NORAD and Commission timelines are graphically summarized on the timelines pages.
                                              The Interception "Attempts"

While Flights 11 and 175 were in the air, two F-15s were circling in a 150-mile chunk of air space off the coast of Long Island as ordered. Pilot Major Daniel Nash reported seeing a plume of smoke over Manhattan even though he was 70 miles away, and couldn't recall being told about the North Tower strike. After the second Tower was hit at 9:03, the pilots were ordered to head to Manhattan for combat air patrol, and they did that for the next four hours. 4
At 8:52 AM two F-15s from the 102nd Fighter Wing of Otis Air National Guard Base in Falmouth, Massachusetts were scrambled and airborne. These were the first jets scrambled, 38 minutes after Flight 11 was hijacked. But the pilots were not informed that Flight 11 had crashed into the WTC nor that Flight 175 had turned and was heading straight toward New York City. According to NORAD, at the time of the South Tower impact the two F-15s from Otis were still 71 miles away. Although the F-15s had enough time to reach the World Trade Center, simple calculations using NORAD's own numbers reveal that the fighters were flying at only 24% of their top speeds.
At 9 AM the Pentagon moved its alert status up one notch from normal to Alpha. It stayed at Alpha until after the Pentagon strike.
A few minutes after 9:03, according to the official story, the Secret Service called Andrews Air Force Base, located 11 miles southeast of the Pentagon, with instructions to get some F-16s armed and ready to fly. Missiles were still being loaded onto the F-16's when the Pentagon was hit over half an hour later. 5
At 9:09, NORAD ordered Langley Air Force Base, in Hampden, Virginia, to put F-16s on battle stations alert. The order to scramble was not given until around 9:25. 6 At 9:30, the two and possibly three F-16s were finally airborne and en route to the Pentagon. 7 They were armed with Sidewinder missiles and authorized to shoot down civilian aircraft. At 9:49 the F-16s reached the Pentagon, around 15 minutes after the Pentagon strike. Simple calculations reveal that the F-16s could have reached the Pentagon before the assault, but also flew at an average of 24% of their top speeds.
At 10:01 AM the command center in Rome, N.Y., prompted by communications from the FAA, ordered the 180th Fighter Wing out of Swanton, Ohio, to scramble F-16 fighters. 8 Unlike many other bases, Swanton had no fighters on stand-by alert status. Yet it managed to put jets in the air 16 minutes later.

The nose came out because the WTC was built with a large central core and merely an exoskeleton on the outside. It was not made of heavy mortar on the outside as most buildings are. You can't see the plane because they are miles away from it, in a wide angle framing. If you have even rudimentary camera knowledge you'd know that you cannot see small objects far away in wide angle especially back on NTSC (before HDTV). He zoomed because they probably saw it or another chopper did and radioed them. And the plane was probably bouncing. You do realize a simple climactic concept of air pressure right? That air pressure is higher closer to the Earth's surface and that surface heating causes heating of air and subsequent rising? And you should know the physics of aeronautics in that high speeds, along with rising air in high pressure causes a great deal of turbulance. So what you're saying is that these guys had shots of the burning tower from earlier in the day, were able to digitally add frame-by-frame graphics to that shot (mind you each broadcast would need to do this), complete it on time for a coordinated explosion, and cut to that newly formulated footage at precisely the time of the detonation of a bomb, huh? Wow. Ur off your rocker.

Hilarious.
Tell us more about the "Internet 2"?

just because I stated I thought the official explanation seemed "wierd"

and never once did I state I felt the US government was involved

Calling someone out about their real or unreal fat wife when you realise you're in a cul-de-sac reflects more on you than the person you aim your immature and childish coments at, and also unsubstatiated comments by the way, very topical indeed. Read through every one of my posts and see if you can detect a point where you think I don't have an opinion and have to ask a question for a lead. I have no questions about 9/11, I only have questions for people that decide they will spend their lives peddling rumour, inuendo and un-substatiated gossip as a way of brightening up an otherwise dull life.
