The other factor here is that you have to give me some history between GB and SD that makes it similar. The matchup for SD/IND was always a good one for SD. I cashed that angle many times as the dog.

Here you equate the two, yet there, again is no good reason to do so. And the team is older, changed, and injured. Quit glossing over these points, it's getting tiresome.
I've given you good reasons and I'm also simply demonstrating how your reasoning is flawed.

Demonstrate how this team is "older". I'm comparing the 2007 versus the 2011 roster, and it's about equal as far as age. If anything, I'll take a 28 year old Marcus McNeil over a 24 year old Marcus McNeil. The offensive line is closer to their prime in 2011 than in 2007 and I'd say the same about the offense in general. Same with defense, they've aged at some positions but also consistently added younger talent. There's nothing unusual about this team's age. If you want to see an aging team, look at the Steelers but they seem to be doing just fine. Age can be overrated and you are overplaying this aspect if you think there's anything to your "older" argument.

As for the injury list, it's not groundbreaking. All teams have injuries at this point in the season. How about the Packers with their All Pro Safety Nick Collins on IR as well as LT Chad Clifton on IR as well as many other injuries. Injuries can be overplayed, which I think you're doing here. Most of the Chargers injured players look to be ready to go by game time.

It does not matter how many injuries there are on defense, there is no way the Chargers can keep up with the Packers on offense. The Packers are the only choice here.

Chargers at home +6... How do you not take it. Packers need to lose sometime especially one on the road. Why not to a declining sd team? Don't you guys know sd record in November December is phenomenal!? Rivers rebounds at home after that fumble. Tolbert will play.(he is their 3rd down key)

No, I fail to see any reason to play the Chargers, who have done nothing but show how undisciplined and underachieving they are this year. You guys are the ones making it complicating and hoping that a team with a QB who is playing his worst in years is a good choice against a guy who is playing legendary football.

Yes, it is gambling, and Rodgers > Rivers

            Take a shot, I don't mind.

In that 2007 game were the Chargers missing their starting running back, #2 reciever, best pass rusher and a TE playing on one leg essentially? When you make a comment like "Most of the Chargers injured players look to be ready" tells me you haven't done your homework on this game; get informed!

                  zsr,

One game, divisional, first play went well and they were at home, Green Bay still had total control, bad roughing the passer call (home advantage, no problem) ... and they got backdoored. So what?

That doesn't sound right, k13 you track this kinda stuff don't you? Can you confirm?
                    Maybe 5-2.

I'm laughing at all the back and forth here (in efforts to support bets already made). Anything can happen tomorrow! I think the one thing that may factor in and that nobody has mentioned is the weather. It's supposed to rain quite heavily tomorrow here in So Cal. BTW: GB is 5-2 ATS this year but they've been a covering machine the past 12 to 15 or so games.

                                            Nice play.

Packers are a great team. I already have them on a bet to repeat winning the Super Bowl.

I noticed that the Chargers always give away good players. Like Players like LT, Sproles and Brees.

Like I said last week, Norv Turner is a dumbass.

I take that as they are just an aggressive bunch that goes for the picks and has no problem giving up yards because they know the offense will take care of business. Phillip Rivers the little baby who leads the league in interceptions with 11 against the Packers D who has 13 picks and is 2nd in the league. Could get ugly for Rivers this game.

Just blindly bet rodgers seriously, he's something like 27-14 ATS as a starter the past 3 seasons. Might be even better than that but I'm 99% sure I'm very close.
