The video presents a point of view that needs to be heard. Good work!

It's like going to a bar though and telling everyone that they are alcholics.

They don't want to hear it and they aren't going to listen.

The world is full of people who say they win at gambling. Congrats.
Indeed, since plenty of people do who understand how probabilities work. Your contention that underdogs win every day and favorites lose is not a contention at all but rather something that backs up the probabilities.

lol. This is going round in circles sowith respect I'll make this my last post.

Sorry if I gave the impression that I didn't understand advantage gambling, or more likely you were just mocking in that 'I'm in the know' tone that grates on so many posters, but yes, I do understand those methods, calculations and fiscal considerations that extend far beyond sports betting and would probably be best known to 'card counting' for example.
I do understand that if you bet both sides of a game you can put yourself in a position where there is a high probability of a small loss, against a small probability of a large gain. I get it.
This thread was started with the posting of NS video and his contention he's giving more back than he is comfortable with and I was merely stating that 99.9% of gamblers lose because over a period of time they guess the outcome of a random event incorrectly. The fact you use underdogs winning and favs losing as something that backs up probabilities is laughable because you still have to GUESS correctly on that particular occasion. I will concede that if you are prepared to find mathematical calculations that give you a 101.3% payout on 100% invested it is possible to make money, I am not refering to such scenarios. No point in going over old ground, you have your view, I have mine. I genuinely hope you win money and genuinely wish you consider to do so.

Great vid buddy. I think this issues was covered awhile back. I remember some bright college kid posting up here, saying his only passion in making a living was gambling. Everyone was telling him the same thing you were saying, YOU CAN'T WIN longterm.

I'll tried to pry up that article again somewhere in this forum. It's very informant to people trying to making sports gambling as a living.

Please clarify what you mean by "guess correctly".
