Clearly, you didn't watch the fight? If you did, the ref brings ortiz to his corner after going to each judge and tapping his head, saying "1 point for head-butt". After that he says to ortiz, "what's wrong with you, huh? don't be doing that. Don't be doing that." He then brings them to the middle and says, "let's go" and claps his hands.

I think the reason ortiz was smiling is because he felt he got knocked out cheaply. I would think one would either laugh at the bs or be enraged.

Referee did clap his hands, but as tradition in boxing the boxers went to touch their gloves in sportsmanship so it probably was a cheap shot, but a legal shot.

Regardless of it being a cheap shot or not it has nothing to do with the fight being fixed.

Boxing has been dead for a while thanks to ppv. Its to damn expensive to get tickets to the fights, and most normal people arent going to pay $50 dollars to watch a fight on their tv. If big fights were shown on espn more people would watch them. UFC will also get destroyed because of this. Hell most people who watch ufc are just fan boys who wear tapped out shirts and crowd into a hooters with other homos to watch. That fad wont last forever and when it does ufc will be out the door too.
