I expect this season to be a repeat of the 2007 season with the patriots where the pats covered every spread the first half of the season and then the linemakers started making them 14 point favorites every game and then you were fcked But I will keep tailing them until the linemakers adjust. This is an awesome awesome team with the best secondary and defensive line in the league to go along with an offense that averaged 32 points per game when Vick started last year

I'm completely on board with this. I'll be taking PHI next week and I'd bet anyone up to 100 points that they cover vs ATL next week. The last time PHI made this kind of splash in free agency was when they went to the SB in 03' and started the year 7-0. Who cares if their O-line and LB corps is a work in progress? What team doesn't have holes right now (other than maybe GB)?

I don't think ATL's secondary is "horrible" and I think they are a LOT better than what they showed today, but I just don't see PHI losing anytime soon (as long as they are healthy).

Packers hit New Orleans with everything they had offensively and pressured Brees all night long, yet they had to be looking up near the end of the game when the Saints still had a chance to win and say "are you fvcking kidding me?" And we're talking about the champs at home here.

Saints beat the Bears by at least 10. At least.

Today against Chicago - 300 + yards passing, blowout loss
Game against Green bay in playoffs - 350+ yards passing, blowout loss
Game against Saints last year - 300+ yards passing, loss
Game against Green bay - 300 yards passing, just barely won
Game against the ravens - 215 yards passing 99 qb rating, just barely won (should have lost if not for a bs no call on an offensive pass interference by white)
Game against the Saints last year - 365 yards passing, barely won in overtime
Game against the Eagles - 326 years passing, blowout loss
Game against the steelers - 236 yards passing to a backup quarterback, loss


not only are they 3-5 in these games, they're basically averaging about 300 yards allowed

I realize cutler is nowhere near as good as rodgers but the defense and special teams will keep the bears in the game like it always does. The bears rarely get blown out

the offensive line didn't play bad this week at all, the sacks were mainly coverage sacks they give up and terrible blitz recognition by Vick. They will address that though once they watch the film

again I think the only way you could justify the possibility of an atlanta win is that Mike Turner will run for 200 yards by himself...which he very will could. I don't think this game is a lock, far from it... but I do believe the eagles win this matchup 2 out of 3 times and I will gladly play an even line

To be fair anyone can get pressure on Culter They defo shitz the bed against CHI and I had them on my card too. I think you can throw that game away and it isn't really indicative of anything. On paper they should be a lot better, but who knows? That's why they play the games. ATL defo need to prove last year wasn't a fluke.

The Bears are NOT a terrible offense. 2nd year in the Martz system does wonders, and in the pre season there have been numerous quotes from Cutler, Bennett and Forte about how determined they are for the offense to click this year and carry their load.

Mike vick has never beaten the Bears. Bears have Vicks number.

The receivers in the Mike Martz offense do not need to be awesome, all they need is to know their routes in Martz' 9,000 page fuckin huge playbook. 2nd year in a Martz system makes the offense look a lot better.

Trust me, Bears offense will put up points this season. And Cutler will have a monster statistical year if the OL can keep him upright and give him time to throw
