The ones I crossed out I can't have accounts as US poster. All the other ones I have accounts. I think am not even eligible to renew as a Pro.</LABEL>

You dont have to choose a new book unless you went Pro with a book that has left or BetPhx. You can renew with whatever book you went Pro with.

You can go Pro through Heritage if you were at Greek/BetJam. If you have accts at every single book already and you went Pro at BetPhx you can join Fanduel, the link will be up later today. They are a new sponsor.

i sure would have taken the heritage option for renewal and would have qualified without sending the new $200 deposit to another book

but that ship has sailed

i have already renewed for my 2nd year.

i had to give 5 sportsbook acct#'s and then be told which one to deposit into

Funny you should bring this up !!! I have been trying since 7/23/2011 to get my renewal taking care of. I got my Pro last year using Bookmaker and already have an account with all other sponsor books accept 2 and when I checked on those it said NO USA well I'm USA. So I was going to use BM to renew. Here is what has gone on since the 23rd in my long journey for my SBR Pro Renewal - if everyone has had the trouble that i'm having then I'm surprised that its as high as 71%!!!
John I do understand why we need to sign up with the sponsors and use them, but is this the only way to ensure that this happens !! besides the $630 you can read about below that I put in BM the last 3 weeks trying to get my Pro status renewed Ive deposited $6000.00 the last 30-35 days in Bodog, I know that doesn't matter that the rules say you have to sign with a new book and again I understand getting sponsors new business but in a situation like this it may be something to consider In the future!!

I'm still having problems with my account, I only had 21 points !! there is a problem/issue with my Pro renew on Sat. July 23rd I deposited $300 in bookmaker and sent in my app.( I later lost the whole roll but it was there when I sent in my app!! (We Should get at least the same consideration as new pros) A week later I get another renew letter so I sent Lou a PM he sends it back saying I did not have at least $200 in in my account, that should not be hard to check, but anyways on Friday Aug.12th I deposit $200 more and sent in another app (also lost the whole roll a couple hours later but again it was there when I sent the app) . Bookmaker sent me a E-mail showing that I made the 2nd deposit and I forwarded it to Lou and he pm's me back saying to send in another app. So I sent my 3rd renew app in and also proof from BM that it was there,(the 200 deposit ) I hope this will square this up. Before I sent my 3rd app in, I deposited $130 and rolled it to $230 yesterday( Saturday 13th 4pm ) and I quit playing, I had to go to work anyway, so it was in my account until this morning( Sunday 14th 7am) when I got home from work, and you guessed it, I lost it but that’s $630 in deposits that I've made trying to fix this !!

Unforntunately this is how it works. Specials are offered to entice more people to sign up for whatever. They do not have to go back and give the special to those already signed up. Imagine if every company had to do this.

Directv offering free Sunday ticket to new subscribers. I tried calling them and asking if I could have as well since I was loyal customer. Surprisingly they said no.

Had a similar conservation with AT&T about a year and a half ago, and they no longer have to worry about what I don't get from them or vise verse any more funny thing is they spend 100s if not 1000s on offer shit mail that I toss with out ever opening !!!!!!!!!

I would deposit this week if whoever is working the gopro email would get back to me on my 5dimes account. I had an open account with them and that is the only book I trust at the current moment but I wasnt a pro with them nor did I ever make a deposit.

Its a good way to piss off 71% of the pros that renew when their applications expired by giving 150 extra points that chose not to.

Reminds me of the cable company will give great specials if you dont have service with them in the last 90 days but F the loyal customers who have been with you for years.

Thanks Sunde. Most times they're processed quicker than the 2-4 business day time-frame, but it's needed due to average screening time, third-party verification, the weekends etc. Occasionally there are also times where we approve an application because we haven't received the results in our quoted time-frame.

If anyone has a Q on their status or even a general inquiry, best bet is Live Chat now that it's restored for a quick-hitting answer.
