Then use logic... catcher never made a second attempt to tag the runner even though he had ample opportunity due to the runner missing home on the slide and the second attempt. Umps should rely on all their tools to make the right call, not just their eyes. Easy fukking call.

you cannot call a runner safe until he touches home plate. if he saw the catcher's swipe tag and miss by 400 feet he cannot call him safe. the runner was nowhere near home plate when the tag was applied. that being said don't give umps too much credit, they think they are smarter than they are. their job is so simple it is ridiculous.
