I would assume you created this thread for attention\views.
Japans team is very disciplined and just beat 2 of the top teams in the tourney as reasonably sized underdogs and looked good doing so.
That being said man for man we are hands down better than Japan. I think the US survived certain elimination against Brazil and this is now their tourney to lose.
Love the US and the under in the Final. Very interested to see what the line is, I would assume the line will be heavily weighted towards Japan since everyone and their mother will be on our chics.

I understand what he says, but the game is not only won with technical ability.

The USA has the form goal scorers.
The USA is taller, stronger, faster and in better shape.
The USA has the pedigree and experience of playing in major finals.

Sweden is taller, stronger and faster too and that didn't work out for them.

Look use the destiny theory all you want but I'd be shocked if the US wins.

You could potentially make the argument they are "technically" more sound than the US but man for man we are the more skilled and powerful team. If you go position by position the US clearly outmans Japan.
Also if you want to call out the US for being "outplayed" than we need to make reference to Japans semi-final game as well.
Japan was basically playing for PK's from the opening minutes of that game against Germany and spent the entire 2nd half and OT in a complete defensive shell.

What Major Finals are you talking about? Do some research before you say something like this. You do realize the USA team is young when it comes to the amount of players who are playing in multiple World Cups. The only thing the USA has on Japan is height. They are NOT in better shape. The Asian side is in better shape then the USA.

And if you guys are talking about Destiny for the USA ........ Wrong Answer it would be destiny for JAPAN.

And if you wanna talk about what team is faster the Japanese are going to blow USA's defense out of the waters

There should be value on Japan for sure. I would assume there will be huge public money on the US.
That being said I'll take the more experienced, taller, stronger, faster team in this match-up.
That being said, I have a question: how do you start a thread boasting Japan will win easily and then 20 minutes later admit that the US is taller, stronger, faster?

Brazil has by far the most skillful forwards and attacking midfielders in the world and we more or less shut them down for 120 minutes.
We have the best goalie in the world and the last thing I'm worried about is our defense getting "blown out of the water". In fact I love the UNDER in this game. My prediction: US 1-0 in regulation.

USA doesnt have a strong Defense. Japan will push straight through. Doesnt Matter if USA has the best goalie in the world all it takes is one mistake in the back and its over. The Brazialian team did what they do best in the WWC. They choked and they always choke so it doesnt mean anything.
