    Some people told me I was doing too many reps so today I was doing biceps/triceps only day. I did a lighter 3 set workout and enough weight to get up 6 reps but no more. My wrists are killing me now and I think I ****ed em up. There were like 3 exercises for bis and 3 for tris with around 1-3 sets of 6 reps each and besides fatigue I felt nothing- no burn and no pump. I am still pissed about it as I got nothing but injured and will be going back to my overkill for 3 months.

          your wrists aren't ****ed up, they just arent used to the weight. its not a pain that will get worse, it will just be annoying and likely for more than just one day.

          lifting only like that is useless imo. i like to pyramid when im going heavy.

          exercise 1:
          10 reps
          12 reps
          4-6 reps
          4-6 reps
          12 reps
          burn out

          then move to the next exercise. you get a max (4-6) and plenty of reps that will burn you up. trust me, you'll feel the burn and pump on the 4-6 sets as well.

            vanilla with frozen strawberries thrown in is the way to go for picantel. optimum whey, im telling ya, its great.

            Vanilla is the worst for me with whey. It tastes like coconut to me which I hate. I have tried 3 different brands of vanilla and barfed on all 3. Now it is pretty much wake up, take my supps, have some oatmeal and fruit for breakfast and every few hours take in a chicken breast with more fruit and/or veggies thrown in. I went to a health store and bought a big pile of beans and my wife made a soup out of it so I should get plenty of protein there. The stuff literally tastes like shit when it cooks though.

              Dumbbell Kick Back: 1*6
              Wrist Curl: 2*8
              Dumbbell Wrist Curl: 1*8

              This was the one I was using. I was told it is complete overtraining but my arms burned and got pumped. They were done with less weight.

                  thats not over training in the least to me. when i was at my strongest i could bench more than almost everyone in my gym who was on roids and ive never even so much as taken creatine. I would do exactly what i laid out for you in the previous post.
                  For one thing, everyones body is different. You do need to mix up what you do because you body adjusts to routine, but what you've listed there is not over training at all, imo.

                  my chest day would be this:
                  bench
                  10 reps
                  12 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  12 reps
                  burn out

                  incline dumbells
                  10 reps
                  12 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  12 reps
                  burn out

                  flat bench dumbells
                  10 reps
                  12 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  4-6 reps
                  12 reps
                  burn out

                  flies:
                  10 reps
                  10 reps
                  8 reps
                  8 reps

                  then i would fart around on some machines if the gym wasnt closing down.

                        I cannot do what you do yet mofome cause I have only been lifting for maybe 6 weeks and that was just building up strength while not trying to injure myself. Hell 5 months ago I was so fat I could not even see my feet(no joke). I have taken 11.5 inches off my waist since then and 49 lbs of fat or more off my body.

                          Nicely done picantel...keep up the good work. I know how tough that Shit can be....last year I dropped from 200 down to 145 but now back up to 165 due to not being able to do any activity for most of the winter.

                              ive took every thing known to mankind.i lifted weights with a physical therapist.he knows a whole hell of alot more than you slick.i have bought nitic oxide.it costed 50 dollars a month.it didnt do shit.you need to get prosource you dumb ****.

                                  ah, well that is different altogether. muscle burns fat, so adding muscle will be your friend. if you are fairly new to lifting the first thing you want to do is make sure you are doing all the exercises with perfect form. get a comfort level with the weights you are using and there is truly no use to doing anything for less than 8 reps. obviously the key to weight loss is as simple as burning more calories than you take in. There are ways to make that easier on yourself and your diet is the #1 factor in it all. eat a breakfast thats got some protein in it, try to do 15 minutes of exercise before you get to the office or where ever you are heading. these two things will set your metabolism up nicely for the day and give you the chance to maintain its momentum in the hours to come. from there eat a snack, a lunch, another snack, a dinner, and then a post work out meal of some sort. get your carbs from greens and yur fats from sources like fish and peanut butter.

                                  please ask question, work hard, come here for any support advice, and keep me/us posted on things. these things matter and changing your physique can have immeasurable positive effects on the rest of your life; unbelievable really.

                                      a key to keeping in the right frame of mind is to never, ever, ever compare yourself to anyone else. you compare yourself today with what you were 2 weeks ago and then set up a reasonable goal for what you want to be 2 weeks from today. acknowledge small victories like passing on your normal snack, getting out the extra rep, or staying an extra 10 minutes. when you feel tired, do some more and that will prove that you have the discipline to get to where you want to be. know that even when you are tired, there is a little more in there and get that out. pushing yourself past what you expect creates new boundaries for what you believe is possible for yourself. belief is just about everything.

                                        I have been posting my weekly weight loss in SBRJohns diet support group thread. I do tons of reading at the bodybuilding.com forum and watch alot of youtube videos on form. Thanks for your support. Now I wish I had started this before I became an old fart.

                                            talk about what you will do and do it. don't talk about what you are going to do sometime, talk about what you are going to do now and simply do it. you can, so just pursue your goals and make a believer of yourself. **** the rest, it cant be changed. there are plenty of older people that are in awful shape, you immediately put yourself in a different class when you decide to become proactive in your conditioning.

It comes off as someone ghosting as someone, i would never assume that you were on these medications. You have to realize that we only know about you what you tell us.                                                             mofo,i was talking about ball cards wth flyingillni,and we were talking ,every thing was going alright,and i started to talk about refractors.he thought i was a ghost,so i emailed him,and i told him my real name,and where i lived,and everything was cool.i take that stuff for the siatic nerve.i take up to 5 oxycodine a day.i uset to run the 40,in 4.5 speed,and now i sometimes limp.ive quit betting for a while,because i have betted two wrong plays,and it costed me around 1,000.at 5 dimes.i am sorry if i said any thing wrong.i was wrong on my spelling,but i was right about creatine.it does me no good since i hurt my back,but i had some left.it says recent studies have shown the amazing benefits that creatine can offer athletes.increased strenght,and power.increased protein synthesis,and lean muscle mass.greater nitrogen retention.increased muscle engergetics,and recuperation.thats what it says on my german creatine.iam sorry mofo,and it wont happen again.iam sorry againstallodds.
