#317Heat come through with the 1H win by the margin I capped winning by 2 points! That's now 17-4 hitting 81% my last 21 plays for +19.83 UNITS!Originally posted by sweetjones55Heat 1H +1 -105 LOCKED (x1) WINNER!!
I am rolling with the Heat in the 1H today playing in Chicago. The Heat got blown out in their last game in Chicago. Wade and LeBron played their worst games of the playoffs last game. Their backs are up against the wall and I see them responding tonight. Had the Big 3 played very well last game then I probably would have stayed off this because I don't see the bench/role players responding. But LeBron and Wade are good under pressure and I think they will play with a sense of urgency tonight.
I took the Heat 1H because even though the Heat have lost every game against the Bulls this year, they have actually done very well in the 1H. During the regular season, in their 1st meeting in Chicago the heat won by 5 points 1H. In the next meeting in Chicago, the Heat won the 1H again by 9 points. In the first meeting in Miami, the Heat won by 9 points 1H. In Game 1, the Heat tied the Bulls 1H but again covered as they were + 1H.
I kind of expect the refs to sway towards the side of the Heat tonight and give them the majority of the close calls. All three refs favor the road team tonight ATS. McCutchen is a big road ref at 41-31 road team ATS. He is the 8th best road ref in the NBA and is the head ref tonight. Home favorites of 0-4.5 are only 5-14 in games he's reffed. Stafford also favors the road team at 39-34 ATS. The home team SU is only 41-35, most refs have a home team win % of around 70%. Phillips very slightly favors road teams at 37-36 ATS
I think the Heat will come out hot and get a good amount of the 50/50 balls and outwork the Bulls early in the game. Also, Wade/LeBron/Bosh are so heavily relied on that I think throughout a game they get worn out by the Bulls defense but I think just for a 1H that they can handle the load. I think the Heat will be up by around 2-5 points 1H.Scared money don't make money

Mavericks -184 Series LOCKED (x7) WINNER!!
I am rolling with the Mavericks in game 1 and for the series. They come into this series having beat Portland 4-2 and sweeping LA. OKC comes in beating Denver 4-1 and going to game 7 against Memphis. Dallas won 2 out of the 3 meetings during the regular season and Dirk got hurt in the 2Q in one game and didn't play at all in another. I really see a matchup edge in favor of the Mavericks at many positions.
The Mavericks have a big advantage at PF. I think the Mavericks success hinges a ton on Dirk Nowitzki, he is their leader and I think they go as he goes.He really dominated the Thunder this year. In the first game, he only played 11 minutes and he got 13 points 4-6 shooting, 3 assists and two turnovers. In the other game he was 9-15 34 points 4 assists. In 50 minutes of game time versus OKC, Dirk Nowtizki scored 47 points. That's a 45 points per 48 minutes average against OKC. Since he missed one game against OKC and this was a small sample, I looked at Dirk's games from last year. In one game he was a monster going 10-19 30 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists. In another game he scored 24 points had 8 assists and 9 rebounds. Almost a triple double in just 36 minutes of play. In another game against OKC he was 9-18 32 points 5 rebounds. In the last game against OKC he was 13-18 35 points 11 rebounds. Basically Dirk has been a monster against OKC and they have had no answer for him at all and I don't see the answer to him on OKC's team right now.
I think a lot of people think the PG position is a big advantage in favor or OKC and I disagree. OKC has Westbrook/Maynor and the Mavericks have Kidd/Barea. Westbrook is his own worst enemy and he is highly inconsistent, sure he can have a big game but he single handedly has lost a few playoff games for the Thunder which is exactly what you don't want from your PG. Kidd and Barea run the Mavericks offense to a tee and don't ball hog and always make the right pass. Barea is averaging 13ppg, 6 assists in just 24 minutes in playoffs. That averages out to 24ppg and 12 assists per 48 minutes. THIS IS THEIR BACKUP PG. Kidd is averaging 10ppg, 4.2 rebounds and 7 assists in just 33.6 miutes in the playoffs. So combined Barea and Kidd are averaging 23ppg and 13 assists. Maynor and Westbrook combined average 29ppg and 9.5 assists.
The SG position is definitely in favor of the Mavericks because of Jason Terry. Sefolosha and Stevenson cancel each other out. Harden has been good averaging 12ppg on 45% shooting but Terry has shot far better 52% and is averaging 18ppg and he comes up with the big ones too in the 4Q.
Obviously at the SF positon the Thunder have an advantage with Durant. But if you look at the Thunder roster you will notice that they don't really have another SF on the entire roster to back him up. Still Durant is a superstar but the Mavericks aren't too shabby at the SF postion with Shawn Marion and Peja Stojackovic, two former allstars who still can make a big impact on any given game. Don't be surprised to see a good series from Shawn Marion. For whatever reason, he has his best games vs OKC. He was 12-17 25 points in one game. 10-15 20 points in another game vs OKC. And 5-9 12 points in the last game. They also have 6"9 Corey Brewer who you will see more play this series to match up on Durant.
Mavericks have a big advantage at Center with Tyson Chandler. He will be matched up with Perkins which is perfect for him because Tyson is much more athletic and Kendrick won't be able to pull him out of the lane with his jump shot threat. Chandler also played exceptionally well vs OKC this year, I would expect him to have a good series as he will have 3-4 inches on whoever is on him. He had 14 poitns 18 rebounds in one game. 7 points 10 rebounds in just 26 mins in another game. 17 points and 18 rebounds in the last game vs OKC. Brendan Haywood is the backup C who would probably start for a lot of NBA teams.
I think the Mavericks also have a big advantage with their coach Carlisle. He has just been around for much longer and has more experience/knowledge of the game in my mind. I think you saw Brooks lack of coaching ability in these recent games late against Memphis when they just fell apart and couldn't score at all. Mavericks also have the luxury of home court which is always big in the playoffs and more rest.
My biggest play of the NBA year risking 12.88 UNITS to win 7 UNITS on Dallas to win Series is a WINNER!! Also took Mavericks 2H for 2U, cash!Originally posted by sweetjones55Mavericks -6 2H LOCKED (x2) WINNER!!Scared money don't make money

#347Originally posted by sweetjones55To all those yelling "tout". I posted my plays on SBR the past NBA season and hit 60.25%. Every single poster on here said, "he's gone after this season, absolutely no way he doesn't go tout." I got several offers and declined them all. I again started posting my plays on here ever day. About a month and half through the season I was hitting 64%. Everyone again said "he's gone by the playoffs". I still kept posting my plays.
I am not going tout, I bet large amounts on these games and there is no need whatsoever.Originally posted by crustymeyeah, books are scared of a guy who flat bets 1 unit a game hitting just 59.1% (unverified).... where do these clowns come from?
